Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chaudière River

Great location in the lower town for those who have 1 vehicle. Parking space is a real plus. In 1 modern building, the apartment does not overlook Avenue Charrest and therefore is relatively quiet and allows you to open the bay window that overlooks the balcony without fear of traffic noise (very dense on this axis). Very bright, well-equipped with cleaning products available, nice furniture, comfortable bedding (although, from my point of view, the sheets are a little small for the size of the bed…), beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower. 1 nice room at the entrance to leave suitcases, coats, shoes… extremely practical. Lots of shops (including 1 excellent bakery a few steps away and 1 grocery store), restaurants, bars nearby. Despite the presence of many homeless people and/or drug addicts, we never felt unsafe. Hosts are responsive and respond quickly to questions. Simple check-in and check-out.

Very cozy accommodation, in a beautiful neighborhood. We had a car so Quebec was easy to access, about 20 minutes away. The apartment is very well equipped, spacious for the 6 people in our group. We appreciated the presence of various board games. Thank you for everything.

Excellent place to stay and Frederic was easy to communicate with. The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend in Old Quebec, with great coffee and restaurants nearby. The walk to Rue du Petit-Champlain was only 35 minutes and well worth it!

Great place in a very popular area lots of restaurant options close by as well as a few supermarkets allowing us to cook a few times as well. There was an issue with the washing machine however the host provided a satisfactory solution which worked well. Would stay there again

We had a wonderful weekend in this perfectly furnished and equipped chalet, completely in line with the photos. Located in a quiet and peaceful area, we felt very good, surrounded by nature under a starry sky. The smell of sulfur from the water didn't personally bother us, the host had taken care to let us know in advance that this could happen and we had our water reserve for our kitchen. He was very nice and proactive throughout our stay. Thanks again for a great experience!

The chalet was beyond my expectations. Everything is perfect, I'll go back without any problems. I've done a few cottages in the area and this is by far my favorite. The host is very accessible at all times Only positive things Thanks!!!

At home in the village is a very nice place to spend time with family and friends either to get away or to spend time together and do activities in Buckland. The surrounding world is very respectful of visitors. The Charles Restaurant has delicious fries and chicken. The space has EVERYTHING to make you feel good and comfortable. Thanks to Richard for this unique experience.

The apartment is ideal for a short getaway in Quebec City. There was public transport, plenty of shopping and you could walk to the center. The apartment was easy to find, well equipped and cozy.

The place was amazing. Perfectly as described. Loved being there and would definitely come back again. Marie Lee was an amazing host and her place had so many nice little touches. Easy access to the main streets and old Quebec.

We had an excellent stay! The Airbnb was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It was very clean and bright, thanks to the big windows that let in lots of daylight and sunshine. The location was ideal, just a short walk to restaurants and popular sites. The kitchen was well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. Very happy with our visit and would definitely recommend!

We felt very comfortable in Elise's apartment: a cozy living room and a small balcony with a beautiful view as well as exceptionally good mattresses in the bedroom. The instructions for flexible check-in were very clear and well illustrated! Thank you very much for the beautiful accommodation!

The condo was just what it promised. The view was spectacular. The deck allowed for yoga with a view. The amenities were also welcoming and created a peaceful getaway from home. I would recommend this without reservations.

The Condo was clean, bright, comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics, which made cooking easier. The bed was comfortable!!!! The only challenge was finding the correct parking garage. The garage address did not allow access. Alyson helped me to locate the street that was allowing access to the garage. I highly recommend this condo.

Great location, very cool space!

We had a very comfortable short stay - just a few hours stopover. The place is very stylish and nicely decorated. Super convenient to have underground parking, the beds were comfy and the place is well stocked. We found the neighborhood a little bit iffy at night but apart from that it was very good overall. Thank you!
