A great, very comfortable and quiet apartment! Visiting Quebec City on foot is very easy from the neighborhood, which is also dynamic. Thanks to Vicky and Tommy for their responsiveness!

Francois's place was great! It was the perfect home away from home in Quebec for our family of eight. The place was neat, tidy, spacious, and complete with just about everything we needed. It was also walkable from nearby restaurants, parks, and attractions. Francois was super responsive and helpful althroughout our vacation. Will definitely consider booking the place again!

We had an excellent stay at this lovely apartment. It was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for making our meals. The proximity to amenities was great, and having the garage was definitely a plus. We would stay here again, and would recommend it to others!

Lovely and cozy abode in Beauport with a grocery store, two pharmacies nearby and some local cafes. Loved the charming and relaxing decor style!

Its a great place inside. Though area felt a bit shady with some homeless people in the area. But its close to the old quebec city. Parking is a downside. But 3 minutes walk isnt terrible if it wasnt raining during out stay.

We had a wonderful three nights at Christian's place. The apartment was pristine, extremely clean, cozy and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and linen was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and most of all, it had an amazing coffee which our group enjoyed time and again. Christian was a great host, extremely proactive with detailed instructions of checkin, things to do and amenities inside the apartment. He checked-in daily to see if we were comfortable, and provided detailed instructions for checkout. All in all we had a great stay.

Elise and Pierre-Luc were very welcoming and helpful. They responded to all the questions. House was well maintained and clean. Felt right at home. Everything was as mentioned in the AirBnB post. Would definitely recommend.

My boyfriend and I loved our little weekend in this cottage, very clean, and warm. Super intimate and quiet in the middle of nature, lots of birds and green spaces. Perfect for picking up!

Ideally located with a market, convenience store, riverside walks and gardens, Walkable into the heart of Quebec. We felt very relaxed as it was well set up. The lounge area was so comfortable. Thank you Nicholas.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, it had everything we needed and a huge bonus to have a washer/dryer and also a parking space. Very clean and well appointed. We had a great 5 days in Quebec City - walking tour, lovely dinners and really enjoyed all of the beer and bars locally in St Roch. A great place to stay!

We really enjoyed this apartment. There were 3 of us and it was fine. It's small once the bed is set up (sofa bed), but the space is still sufficient and above all, we weren't in Quebec City to stay inside! Super clean and I am very picky about cleanliness and on this point I was 100% satisfied. It's nice to be able to sit on the wide window edges to look out.

Very good location. Short walk to sight seeing areas and very close to transportation. Nice and clean unit with everything we needed available. Marlène is a good communicator and was very accommodating to my requests. Very happy with our stay!

We had a great stay at Florian's apartment. The outside does not look good but the interior is pristine: bright, spacious, functional and recent equipment, beautifully decorated. The private parking space is very convenient as there is not always a space close to the apartment. Florian was flexible on schedules, we appreciated it. The place was quiet and very clean. The double bed was comfortable, the single beds too but a little noisy when you change position. In short, a great place.

The location is fantastic, an easy walk to old Quebec City. The unit is as described with a great kitchen and very comfortable bed. There are many good restaurants within a 5 minute walk, same with grocery stores, etc. Sarinah communicated very well, and clearly. We hope to return some time. soon.

Very nice apartment arranged and tastefully decorated. Everything was perfect. Located a 15-minute drive from Old Quebec and right next to Montmorency Falls, we had a pleasant stay. i highly recommend this listing.
