Great place, peaceful, beautiful lake view, beautiful place to recharge, a beautiful path in the woods with the beautiful colors of autumn wowww, the cottage is super beautiful, clean and welcoming, our host Chantal is very nice, and always there to answer all our questions! This place was amazing! The chalet was spacious, clean and the beautiful view of the lake from the house added to the beauty of this place.

Elise’s chalet was perfect! Extremely clean and had everything you would need. It also had an absolutely stunning view of the lake. I had a couple of questions for Elise during our stay and she was very responsive. We can’t wait to go back :)

Great family stay with visitors from Belgium. Beautiful cooconing cottage, everything was super clean, organized and tidy, with lots of little touches that made us feel at home .... soothing and relaxing place, so looking forward to discovering the place in another season and being able to enjoy the lake!! great times spent around the outdoor fire... and a special thanks to the hosts for the last-minute flexibility, it was very much appreciated!! We loved spending Christmas here. What a nice surprise to find a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. We left a fun ornament to add to the tree. A little touch of Sanibel Island Florida.

Beautiful spot, convenient with everything you need!

Our family stayed 2 nights and felt right at home. Travelling with a 2 1/2 year old, the location of the cottage was very quiet with zero traffic and felt safe. It's 10 minutes from Valcartier Bora Parc and 20 minutes from St-Hubert dine in restaurant. The fire place & hot tub was the perfect way to relax after an active day.

Wonderful place to come and spend a few days. The game tables are functional. I highly recommend the place for winter outdoor activities. I loved it

What a wonderful apartment with a wonderful host! The apartment was so comfortable and spacious for our multi-generation family vacation. Little touches (like eggs, milk and bread waiting for us in the fridge; shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all the showers; and slippers and robes in all the bedrooms) were added bonuses and showed real care. Marjorie was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host. She arranged for the apartment to be cleaned the night before our arrival so we could go there straight from the airport in the morning and check in and even let us stay later (checking out at 2:45 pm) when our return flight was delayed.

Diane went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. The location was right on the water although due to weather we were restricted from accessing it. The island was quiet but that was what we expected and wanted. Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was great with good water pressure. We'd love to come back and will stay with Diane again!

We fully enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and great value. The hot tub was wonderful. The location is excellent as long as you have a car and especially if you’re interested in going to Mont Ste Anne or Le Massif to ski. Beautiful river view. Worked very well for us and our two teens.

Superb cottage very well furnished, friendly and quiet. The exterior is sublime and it is simple and pleasant to enjoy at all hours. The kitchen is very well equipped and functional for the number of people. My group and I definitely recommend Chalet-ô ❤️

Outside for aquatic enthusiasts, everything is there. Terrace with fireplace, etc... as shown in the photos. If you are looking for calm, the dock by the lake will delight you; the house is located in the heart of the village which is quite busy and noisy during the day (that's life) but around 8:00 p.m. everything is quieter; everything is central, everything is done on foot, grocery store, etc... You won't have a view of the lake from inside, you have to leave the house and go to the grounds. There was only one exit from the house, no emergency exit, maybe the windows adjacent to the sidewalk were one. I enjoyed my stay, the hosts were very helpful and I recommend it to everyone according to your needs, everything is there.

Sébastien is a considerate and welcoming host. The accommodation is impeccable and cozy. I would have liked to have stayed longer in order to enjoy the hammock area more. I would recommend it 100%. Thanks for our stay!

We could not have chosen a better place than Réjean's chalet to celebrate Christmas with our family. We've been renting airbnb's for many years, but this was the most peaceful and fully-stocked rental we've ever come across. The owners thought of everything to make our stay cozy and inviting. Réjean made sure we had everything we needed ahead of our stay. The beds were comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the surroundings were picturesque. We would go snowshoeing in the woods and enjoy a nice wood-burning fireplace and hot chocolate when we got back. And our boys loved sliding on the slope! We couldn't imagine a better spot for our family of 7 and hope to come back soon!

Very well organized and equipped mini house! The toys and equipment for children were particularly appreciated. And what about the view, which amazed us every morning and night! Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay!

So beautiful. The view is truly stunning. A nice place to re-ground yourself. Cara is super lovely and very easy to get in touch with. Also the neighbour’s dog is super sweet.

We loved our family stay. The place was clean and welcoming. We had everything we had to have fun. We enjoyed the edge of the water and outdoor games. I would recommend this cottage if you are looking for tranquility and a warm place for your whole family (young and old).

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful village of St-Jean-Port-Joli. The accommodation is really well located, you can't get better! A few steps from the river, its marina and all the other tourist attractions of the village. This is a 5*+ accommodation for the quality of the offer: good mattresses, bedding and pillows - superbly equipped kitchen - decor and furnishings more than perfect. It's up to date and well suited for small families. The host is very concerned about the comfort of the residents.

A great family weekend (4 generations). Even in the winter, the landscape (the river) and the village are beautiful. The house is warm and spacious. We enjoyed gathering around the outdoor fire and spa. Thank you so much to our hosts:-)

Marc's Cottage is a peaceful oasis. The view from the cottage on the frozen lake is simply splendid. The cottage is comfortable and encourages rest or daydreaming …. Plan to return in the fall!!
