A 5mn à pied du Parc des expositions Porte de Versailles. A 2mn de la rue Ernest Renand avec toutes les commodités : restaurants, supermarchés, magasins.

This studio (16m2) is located next to our main house. Its sheltered, south-facing terrace has a table and armchairs so as to enjoy the garden. Breakfast is included in the price. Single bed. The RER station La Hacquinière is a 10-15 minute walk away. The campus Paris Saclay, CNRS, CEA, CentraleSupélec, etc. is a few minutes away by car and 20 min by foot. All shops and supermarket are nearby (1,5km). We can pick you up at the RER station if our schedules are compatible. Self check-in possible.

The family apartment is dual-aspect with a balcony overlooking a garden with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. + private and secure parking. Ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 to 4 children or teleworking. 10 minutes from metro line 13 or 5 minutes by tram, bedding provided and ready. Double living room, large children's room (17 m2), master suite with shower room. Well-equipped kitchen. A cat stays in the accommodation (but it can be taken out in exceptional cases). She is very sociable.

The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.
