Enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, and sunsets! Our home is a unique two story duplex. Your space is the beautiful 1,500 sq foot ground floor home. Centrally located with easy access to Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Durham, Pittsboro, Apex, and Cary. No smoking inside, no pets. We are unable to welcome service animals due to severe allergies.
