Un week-end parfait ! Un cadre magnifique en pleine campagne, une maison parfaitement équipée avec un charme fou ! Nous avons apprécié les échanges avec Celine et le fait qu’elle accepte qu’on nous arrivons plus tôt pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de notre première journée… Il est fortement possible que nous revenions pour nos week-ends annuels en famille !! Bref je recommande +++

une halte très agréable dans une maison entourée de verdure et au calme. Très accessible depuis l'autoroute. Pierre et Colette sont très accueillants. la chambre est spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et tout est fait maison ! A ne pas manquer.

Zeer uitzonderlijk verblijf. Mooi om te zien. Origineel en kunstzinnig. Super vriendelijke eigenares. Een hartelijke ontvangst en verblijf. Behulpzaam. Lekker en zelfgemaakt ontbijt (hartelijke en zoete pannenkoek naar wens/keuze). Een echte aanrader. Zeer uniek.

Première pour moi de séjourner chez un hôte dans la même habitation. L ACCEUIL de Roger et sa compagne c'est fait naturellement et agréablement sans aucune gêne ou timidité. Nous avons discuté et partagé un petit moment afin de faire connaissance . Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre idyllique . Continuez comme cela et mes félicitations

Just wow! I want to start by thanking Jeanette and Zeus who were so incredibly accommodating and friendly. You really welcomed us to your home and it was such a pleasure to meet you both! Location - a great spot to go back to after a day of exploring. So many beautiful little villages surrounding the area and chateaus such as Chenonceaux, Amboise and Chambord were only a 1hr drive away. Accommodation - incredible! The photos don’t do it justice. The rooms, gardens and pool were all immaculate. It’s is obvious that Jeanette puts a lot of effort in to make it beautiful for the guests, down to every last little detail such as the beautiful and fresh flower arrangements. The bed was super comfortable and we loved wandering around the gardens, seeing some wildlife & meeting the farm animals (and Lazy Lou!) Breakfast was also absolutely amazing and delicious, it was a great start to our days. Thank you again for this highlight of our France trip and we can’t wait to return :)

Jean Caude and his wife were amazing. We got settled into the amazing room and then he invited us to join him for some wine in the yard. He gave us a tour of the grounds and was extremely friendly. I'm the morning we had breakfast in his 1650 home with baguettes and croissants, fruit home made jam and freshly squeezed orange juice. With beautiful music playing. This stay was a 10/10 and a high light of our holiday.

Gaëlle nous a réservé un très bon accueil. Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit chez elle, et le petit déjeuner était parfait pour débuter la journée !

Quel plaisir de faire étape chez Annick!!! La maison est superbe, les prestations (literie, sanitaire, petit déjeuner...) de grande qualité. Et puis il y a Annick : si accueillante et sympathique! Nous avons passé avec elle une délicieuse soirée dont nous garderons longtemps le souvenir. N'hésitez pas à vous arrêtez à La Folie, c'est un petit coin de paradis.

Pierrette est une personne adorable qui a le sens de l'accueil et une belle écoute. Petit-déjeuner délicieux. Très arrangeante. Bref, une adresse que je recommande vivement.

Ce fut un vrai plaisir de passer par chez Gérard, une personne bien veillante qui déborde de culture et est de très bon conseil, que ce soit restaurants ou visites de châteaux dans les alentours. Un sens de l’humour bien à lui qui nous a mis de suite à notre aise. On a qu’une envie c’est de revenir. Une chambre propre, agréable et un petit déjeuner copieux. Top Un grand merci à toi Gérard. Nous te recommandons à qui souhaite visiter la région.

La Maison Clairbois is a hidden gem! The best value for money we had during our holiday. The house is beautiful with luxurious beds, sparkling bathrooms and stunning furniture. Benoit is super-friendly and accommodating and even went out of his way to find plant-based food for us. The gardens are tranquil and there's a small forest as well as a beautiful blue swimming pool. We highly recommend Benoit's chateau.

A delightful stay at Anita’s peaceful and restful home. Traditional, rustic farmhouse with use of a lovely pool. The stand out experience was Anita’s breakfasts. All home cooked, and sourced locally. Artisan cheese, home pressed apple juice, home baked cake and yoghurt, with home made preserves. The second morning we were there Anita served the most exquisite omelette, superb. Thank you Anita for your warm welcome to your home, with your doggy friends Michael and Simba.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison d'hôtes qui a beaucoup de charme. Le jardin est magnifique et la literie confortable. Nous avons fait le zoo de Beauval et le château de Chenonceau à proximité, en fin de journée quel luxe de profiter de la piscine... Gaëlle est adorable, elle reçoit et cuisine très bien, donne des bons conseils pour les visites du coin. On s'est sentis bichonnés dans sa maison. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Maria a été très sympathique et accueillante. Ce que l'annonce ne disait pas, c'est que le jardin, très grands et composé de plusieurs espaces, est tout simplement fabuleux : mélangeant fleurs, plantes sauvages, médicinales et comestibles. Par ailleurs, les plats concoctés par Maria, dont les ingrédients étaient tous issus de sa production, étaient savoureux et équilibrés. En résumé : un lieu atypique, calme et charmant.

We tried to come up with a bad review so we could keep the place our little secret... but we just really loved our stay with Keith and Anita. We went to stay at this lovely and charming chateau for a week and it was all that we hoped for. It is a great place to relax and unwind. We felt very welcome with such friendly hosts, who were always there to give tips for local restaurants, etc. We would love to come back there one day. Tip: we could recommend their homemade afternoon tea.

We had an exceptional stay at this beautifully situated house, complete with private and secure parking. Angie was an outstanding host—attentive, welcoming, and full of great recommendations for local attractions. The garden provided a serene setting to relax and enjoy a book in the evenings. Our room was immaculate, and the spacious bathroom added to our comfort. The location was ideal, with close proximity to the stunning Château de Chenonceau and the charming town of Amboise. We also found it convenient for day trips to Orléans and Tours. Overall, a perfect retreat in the heart of the Loire Valley!
