A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

This home 20 minutes from the gates of Angers offers easy access to all sights and amenities. It is also conveniently located 35 minutes from the La Flèche Zoo. This accommodation has a mezzanine bedroom, closet, desk with access by a miller's ladder. On the ground floor toilet, vanity and shower. Kitchenette with electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, some kitchen accessories, TV with basic channels, Wi-Fi and sofa.

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

The house consists of a 22 m2 living room with equipped kitchenette, living/sitting area, 1 bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Small cozy apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, its lock and its open-air café! The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.

Cozy 32 m2 fully-equipped and functional studio. Succumb to the charm of beams and tiles during a quiet stay. You will have at your disposal a sleeping area with double bed, fully equipped kitchen (kettle, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher…) and dining-living room area. Charming outbuilding

Fully renovated outbuilding, a queen-size bed and two small beds 70/120 cm, ideal for a couple or couple with children. On the ground floor, it has a living room with equipped kitchen, a small bedroom with bunk bed 120x70 for children, a shower room and toilets. Upstairs, an open attic mezzanine with a 160 bed. A small enclosed garden is reserved for you in front of the house.
