The 50 m2 air-conditioned apartment consists of a kitchen open to the living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom. Located in the town of Châteauneuf sur Isère, 200 meters from a bike path and in the middle of the orchards, the accommodation we offer is a studio with the bedroom upstairs, adjoining our house.

By car 2 min from the center of the village, 10 min from Valence TGV station, 5 min from the Valence Nord highway exit, close to the Viarhona. Perfect for a stopover on your way to the holidays. There is room for your trailers and long vehicle.
