Vacation rentals with lake access in Chartrons, Bordeaux

Accommodation in a good location, on a quiet, clean and comfortable street. Jérémie is very responsive to messages and her instructions are clear. We had a pleasant stay in Bordeaux and in this house.

I highly recommend this place which has a great value for the money. Daniel and Eveline are very welcoming hosts who are responsive!

A total DREAM location to stay at. We will be returning for the quietude, beauty, total country experience. The cottage is cozy, the bathtub was divine, wineries close by, easy to get into Bordeaux city center with a car, the hosts are extremely kind and helpful, and the grounds of the home are absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to return! Thank you again, it was the perfect birthday trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Remi’s place in Portets. The accommodation was stunning and we felt right at home. We were met by Remi’s wife Aline who was so welcoming and helpful. Perfect kitchen for cosy nights in cooking meals and we made use of the great local restaurant and also went to the Wednesday market from Aline’s recommendation. The pool area was perfect and there were so many amazing places on the property to relax. There is a well equipped gym which was a great addition! We were really well placed here to easily get to Bordeaux by car for a day trip and the village was so peaceful and relaxing with everything you need nearby. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a lovely stay, the house and grounds are lovely. The pontoon is magical, we loved it! Auguste was available for our questions and very friendly. Area is beautiful. We had a great time!

Carole is a super host, who organised for wine tasting soon after we arrived. This was an excellent welcome and very appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and Carole's help with taxi's and flexible check-out. Highly recommend.

We came from a long trip with two children and needed to rest for one night, the accommodation met our needs and in the morning it is nice to be surrounded by nature and a river so close.

Thanks Thibaut for a great stay. Very quiet neighborhood and building while being very close to the tram to the train station and the center of Bordeaux. We left the car in the residence's private parking lot. The apartment is very clean and very nice with the balcony. The bedding is perfect. Thibaut was very accommodating.

The host is super friendly, and very quick in responding. She described everything in perfect detail, so we were able to find the place easily (even though we arrived in the dark). Everything at the house was ready and clean, and we enjoyed our quiet time here even though it was for just two days. The place is close to the lake and the walk in the woods is very beautiful. Carole also gave useful tips about where to walk! Overall we really enjoyed our stay & especially how easy it was for us to get there. We traveled with two dogs and two kids, there were lots of fun toys and games for the children and the nature and little beach were perfect for the dogs. Thanks again, Carole!

A PERFECT stay! Before we arrived, Alexis took the time to communicate with us, validate the different points of attention and give us all the information for a serene arrival. When we arrive & during our stay, only good surprises, everything is as described and our expectations: the neighborhood is quiet, easy to access and parking, the garden is cozy and maintained, the house is clean/ tidy/ no smells/ decorated with great taste and personality, the beach and the city center a few steps away, Alexis takes care even from afar! BIG PLUS when traveling with a baby (it may make you laugh, but we've had complicated experiences in the two previous rentals!): the crib is offered by Alexis, with a real mattress. No squeaky doors and hardwood floors and even less ventilation making a loud noise, the house is really very quiet. There is a real children's room closed by a door and with a shutter.

Julien is available, responsive and accommodating and welcoming! We had a lovely stay, close to the lake it was really convenient with the kids. We didn't miss anything, his house is well-equipped.

Beautiful kit cottage much more spacious than traditional camping bungalows. The system of clean and packaged sheets and towels is impeccable in terms of hygiene. Top. missing a big coffee maker for morning coffee. The little Nespresso is nice but short for 6 occupants. The campsite is nice a little small. Summer must be full! But the interest is them next door. The beach of the lake 50 meters walk away, the outdoor games for the kids, the bike path etc... a little expensive but it's the location that wants that. I recommend without hesitation.

Nice little apartment, really very well equipped, quietly located. On the terrace you can sit comfortably in the evening, in front of the river there is also a nice sitting area to enjoy the sunset. In the living room there is a guest bed, this is more suitable for children, with the weight of an adult it sags too much and is not so comfortable. But since we planned it as a bed for the children anyway, it was sufficient for us. Eric and his wife were very nice and warm. The area offers the possibility of many wine tastings, it is not far to Bordeaux and there is also a lot to explore in the area.

We had a pleasant stay during a family reunion in this very pleasant cottage, perfectly suited for a group of 15 people. The house is impeccably clean, very comfortable, and ideally located in a peaceful setting by the river. The fireplace, with the logs provided, added a nice atmosphere to our evenings. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, which made group meals very easy to organize. Yohann, our host, was remarkable: attentive, available and always eager to meet our needs. He recommended a pleasant hike ending with tapas in a cellar near the house. Thanks to Yohann for hosting us. We recommend this cottage without a second thought and will be happy to come back!
