Furnished studio located on the first floor of the residence where I live in Bruz (10 minutes south of Rennes) fully equipped, 23 m2 (toilet located in the hallway 2 m from the studio entrance), 2 minutes' drive from the Kerlann campus, 5 minutes from the exhibition park and close enough to shops; bus stop 200 m away. Finally, noting that the most uncompromising people are those on vacation or on weekends, I only want to receive people who come for work or are in training... A good listener :-)

Close to the town center, a communal room, the exhibition park (15 min) and the center of Rennes (15 min), this accommodation consists of a room and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs is a double bed, shower cabin and sink. A mattress can be added if the accommodation accommodates more than 2 people. There is no kitchen but there is a microwave, fridge and other utensils (plates, cutlery, etc.) at your disposal. All types of shops and some restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the property.

You'll love this spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Attached to our house, it is thoughtfully furnished and has a separate entrance. Tranquility assured: quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is however close to public transport (200 m from the bus to Rennes), the Ker Lann campus and the expo center is 10 minutes away and Rennes city center is 20 minutes away. Shops are a 10-minute walk away. Perfect place for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.
