2km zum Alex, quasi ein kurzer Spaziergang und man ist im Zentrum. Schlafzimmer gibt es 3 Stück, diese sind wie folgt: Nr. 1 -> zwei Einzelbetten, Balkon, zur Hauptstraße gelegen Nr. 2 -> Doppelbett, zur Hauptstraße gelegen Nr. 3 -> Doppelbett, zum Innenhof gelegen Im Erdgeschoss des Nachbargebäudes ist ein Spätkauf, es stehen Tische und Stühle draußen. Wir haben uns nicht gestört gefühlt. Gute Anbindung zu den Öffis. Es hat alles ganz wunderbar geklappt. Vielen lieben Dank!

Wir möchten uns danken für die Wohnung, die war sehr schön und gemütlich, die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen und überlegen uns es wieder nochmal zu mieten.

Super schönes exklusives kleines Studio mit großer Badewanne neben dem Bett. Alles war sauber und schön! Einzig und allein ist zu bedenken, dass die Toilette und Dusche nur mit einer Schiebetür vom Schlafraum getrennt sind und es dort keinerlei Ablagefläche gibt zB für ein Handtuch. Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Preislich höhere Klasse!

Really enjoyed our stay in the large apartment. Our 2 little kids had plenty of space to roam around on and the view of the rail line in from the windows provided heaps of entertainment. Railroad in the back yard? yesbthere is, but the windows in the apartment are high quality and almost completely blocks out the noise. That same railroad brings you in close and efficient connection with the rest of Berlin and the station is just a few minutes walk away. Definitely a recommended stay! We love Berlin, will come back and will look to Ben & Simon next time, for sure.

We enjoyed our stay in the pleasant apartment. The space is clean, nicely decorated and equipped with all conveniences. In addition, public transport is practically around the corner, which makes this apartment an excellent base for exploring the city further.

We were very satisfied with our stay. We were 8 girls traveling and stayed 3 nights. The place looked exactly like the photos – spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything was as expected, and we had a great experience. We definitely recommend this place to others!

Our little apartment at the SANA Berlin was perfect for our 10 day visit. It was just the right size for a longer stay and allowed us some flexibility that a hotel room would not. In this case, though, we had both the flexibility of the apartment and all the amenities (pool, steam bath, housecleaning) of a hotel. The location was a short walk to many things, and there were several transit stations nearby allowing us to get all over Berlin effeciently. The staff were very helpful, and the hotel restaurant was quite good.

As always it was lovely to stay here. I had the gold apartment on the second floor, which is my favourite because there is more light and a nicer view onto the courtyard (but both are nice). We had an issue with the door which was a bit of a pain but Kristina was very responsive and because it would not be fixed before I left, I was offered another room. The TV now has various streaming services (Prime Video, Netflix etc), which is nice when you are exhausted and want to relax a little. And as always too, it was super quiet at night, despite the lively Kiez outside with the restaurants and cafes all around.

Ich hatte einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Downtown Apartments in Berlin! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – jede Mitarbeiterin, mit der ich Kontakt hatte, war äußerst zuvorkommend und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Unterkunft selbst ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Von der Ausstattung über die Sauberkeit bis hin zur Atmosphäre – hier stimmt einfach alles. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Lage: Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend, sodass man schnell und unkompliziert in alle Teile der Stadt gelangt. Ich kann das Downtown Apartments uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme bei meinem nächsten Berlin-Besuch sehr gerne wieder!

Very cute little space within a quick uber or ferry ride to the main city. We loved the free laundry access and being able to explore the Noord neighborhood.

A cute place in the Charlottenburg area, just outside of the centre. They were able to get me an earlier check in as I took a morning flight, and the check in process was very simple. There is also a cafe downstairs which has coffee and sweet treats for sale. The room was clean throughout, and drinks and coffee pods from Grind were also provided. The location was excellent, with a direct train to the centre and airport. There were a few Asian and Turkish restaurants around. I would definitely stay again if I came back to Berlin.

Ein schönes Loft-Zimmer, das sehr sauber war. Check-In und Out waren sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist super zentral, nah am Bahnhof und an allen zentralen Stadtteilen Berlins. Außerdem ist die Seitenstraße, in der das Gebäude liegt, ruhig.

This was the best AirBnb experience I have ever had. Matthew's place is amazing and a great place to stay and explore Berlin!

Alles wie in der Anzeige, ruhige Lage, parken teils schwierig, habe dann nach 2 Tagen Parkplatz dazugebucht, ging schnell und problemlos
