What a great place! We stayed two nights and were very comfortable. It’s small, but adorable and has everything you need! The neighbourhood is absolutely gorgeous, surrounded by beautiful homes and mature trees. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Quebec City. Great stay. We enjoyed the little touches (sugar, coffee and tea available, as well as the capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher. Just a small downside for the bedding a little soft for our taste, but it's still worth a 5-star rating. We would recommend this listing without any hassle.

We had a wonderful stay at Élise and Pierre-Luc's. The accommodation is comfortable, well-equipped and beautiful. Easy to access, parking is easy even in winter. Very good proximity to tourist attractions, 15-20 min to Quebec City or Île d'Orléans, 10 min to Montmorency Falls or Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré and the ski resort is only 30 min away. This is really the right place to visit the Quebec City area quietly.

Very nice place, the views are beautiful and the apartment tastefully decorated. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom spacious.

Beautiful chalet with a large lot. The common area with the large pool table won over the whole family. The space on the ground floor with the numbered rooms gave the impression of a hotel and gave some privacy to all. This place is perfect for a family with lots of children/teenagers. The location is great for getting to the BoraParc.

Kerebel's house is beautiful, large, cozy with a superb river view. This is a quiet spot. The land is large. The fireplace brings a soft and relaxing warmth. Kerebel provided ample wood. He responds relatively quickly to our requests. We had a lovely stay. We recommend this place.

Excellent place to stay, close to the chute Montmorency and close to the Iles d'Orléans. I definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful building; clean, modern, comfortable apartment. Mathieu provided me with clear explanations that made my arrival easier. He was also very understanding towards me and provided me with unexpected support… human!!

Very nice flat with all the needed comforts! Parking very close which makes it practicle with a car! The area is a bit in the middle between the historical part and a nice street with restaurants.

Very rarely am I at a loss for words after staying at an accommodation, but I truly was speechless when I checked in. I could not have wished for a better apartment to stay at in Quebec City. Marc was an amazing host, offering many different recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area throughout the entire time of our stay. The apartment was spotless, check-in was a breeze, and everything about the listing matched what actually was there in real life. I would highly recommend this apartment for anybody who wants to visit the old city in Quebec! The next time I’m in Quebec, I will be staying at Marc’s place!

Fantastic place! Great value, very comfy apartment, fabulous location. Absolutely loved the view from the 12th floor roof. Will have to come back once the pool is in season! Alyson gave great instructions and good recommendations in the travel guides she left. All around 10/10 experience!
