Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

With us, you can stop in a pleasant environment, enjoy hikes and walks along the Yerre, and visit the many cultural and natural riches in the surrounding area!

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

The Pond House

🌲Beautiful farmhouse located in a beautiful rural setting, facing its private pond and surrounded by forest, in the Perche Regional Park. 🌸The house is a tastefully renovated old farm, with all the comforts to spend a few quiet days with family or friends: board games, fireplace, raclette machine, barbecue... Everything is at your disposal. 🥖No neighbors, but 5 minutes from local farms, supermarket, bakery or gas station :)

Le Fournil de Bussard (Bussard Bakery)

Old bakery recently renovated, this small cottage of character is located in a quiet and green environment, on a cereal farm, near a pond and the farmhouse. This accommodation for two people can accommodate two additional people ("BZ" sofa bed on the ground floor). The cottage consists of a 30 m2 living room with its equipped kitchen, and on the first floor a bedroom with a 140 double bed and a bathroom with toilet.
