This was a perfect place. The little kitchen was just what we needed and the location could not be better. The courtyard is charming and quiet and we even grilled food a couple of nights. A delightful place.

This was our third stayed at this apartment and let me tell you it did not disappoint. Spencer is a great host. He was always available when we had questions. I highly recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Mary's casita. It is small, as we expected, but so well equipped and comfortable. Mary is the perfect host, anticipating every need her guests might have. As others pointed out, the location of the hacienda is excellent for exploring Ajijic. Before setting out each day, we enjoyed our morning coffee while overlooking the lush, well manicured courtyard. Just a great experience altogether!

Hector is amazing. He is very responsive and great host. Great response rate and accurate information. Place was tidy and completely spotless. We enjoyed the time, and Hector made it everything easier. He provided great restaurant recommendations. If you plan to sleep until late in the morning, consider no A/C available. Sunlight hits department all morning, water fan does its job.

The host is amazing. The apartment is located less than 3 blocks from the plaza. Which is the center of Chapala. Definitely recommend.

A very nice place, Angelica's service is impeccable, bring towels for the pool since there are only towels for bathing.

Highly recommend Igor as a host and this lovely 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with small patio area. There are other units available to rent on airbnb, and I felt Igor's was the best option for the price and quality. We stayed for over a month and enjoyed our stay very much. Igor's place is clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and safe. The property is generally quiet and the staff are helpful and kind, and it's nice to have an assigned parking spot. The weekends can be a little livelier, which is nice to see people enjoying time together and using the pool. There is no AC, but the fans were worked great. Igor is a really excellent host and always quick to respond and very helpful. Just seems like a great human and I would definitely stay again. Thank you, Igor!

Norma was lovely, warm and very helpful. She arranged to be there when I arrived so she could give me the key and explain how things worked. She was very clear in describing the place in advance, making sure I knew it was basic, but it totally met what I was looking for as a place to crash.

If Susan’s Casita is available for your trip to Ajijic, book it! I stayed here for 3.5 weeks and felt like a “guest” at her home. She performed above and beyond any host I’ve known. I have previously stayed in the center of Ajijic, which was a lively experience. Susan’s place is much quieter. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the center of Ajijic and the Malecón. It’s only about 15 minutes to the San Antonio Malecón, which I loved because of the incredible bird life. Spending time on the rooftop (mirador), with the beautiful surroundings, was relaxing. You’ll also get a great front-row seat of the egrets coming in for the evening to nest in the trees over the casita. The neighborhood is safe. The locals are friendly. The AC worked very well. I’d stay here again, for sure! Thank you, Susan!!!

AMAZING PLACE!!!

Wonderful! I loved every moment in this accommodation, I travel with pets and Chanelle left some amenities for them, which I really appreciate, they were very helpful. The entrance to the racquet club is a super plus! Extremely clean, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation, all top quality. It's worth what it costs.

If you're going to an event in Areval, it's a great place to stay. The apartment has a lake view and feels safe.

GREAT location just 4 blocks from the plaza. Need some instructions on how to get the water working. Hosts were very responsive and came to help us out when we had issues with the water and when I couldn't figure out how to unlock the front door. both were easy fixes. thank you for a great stay!

The help is amazing. Friendly spoke English. Rooms are very clean. Location is walking distance to plaza , lake, many restaurants etc. You are on a busy street so depending on your unit there is noise. We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in 3 , 7A is Very tiny.

Everything was good from check-in to check-out, Octavio was very attentive and very flexible with requests and questions. The place is a perfect match. I would definitely stay again. Just a detail with the cleanliness of some dishes, especially the glasses. During the day there was a little noise, it sounded like they were fixing something, but it's totally unrelated and can't be controlled. Outside, everything is excellent.

We loved the accommodation, the house is very large and has a very nice terracita. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the water was hot even at night that the atmosphere was cold. The rooms are very spacious and each with its own bathroom, excellent for large groups. The host makes you feel right at home. We're definitely going back.

The location is very good, it is close to main avenues, there are Oxxos nearby and the area is quite quiet. As for the place, it has everything you need and a little more, it is very nice to spend a weekend.
