An unforgettable stay at Sam's! Upon arrival, we were greeted with great kindness and a real sense of hospitality. Sam is an exceptional host: responsive, caring and always ready to help to make the stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was impeccable – clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and perfectly as advertised (if not better!). We immediately feel at home there. The location is also ideal, whether for relaxation or exploring the surrounding area. Thanks Sam for a great experience! I would recommend it without so much as a second thought, and I will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a lovely 5 days staying here and highly recommend it! The home is modern, comfortable and equipped with everything we could have wanted. There were games and books, and a small yard,(with balls!) for the kids to play. It is a short pleasant walk to the train and then easy access to all of Paris. It was really nice to return here after a long day of sightseeing. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We took several walks around the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. We all enjoyed staying here. Celine is very responsive, usually answering in minutes!

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

We had a very good night 😁 the house was spotless and exactly how it was written in the listing. The place is quiet and restful no noise from the city. What a place. A temple of mid century modern serenity. Loved the books, furniture, tropical plants, turntable..... The kitchen is spotless stainless steel surfaces: equipped with everything you would ever need. The bedroom is bathed in a to-die-for Parisian glow. And The garden: soulful. Dont miss the bi-weekly market around the corner.

A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.

This is a lovely apartment in the Marais, within easy reach of just about anything we wanted to see, and anywhere we wanted to eat. It was attractively decorated, with high ceilings, and got plenty of light. It was a pleasure to come home to and surprisingly quiet for a city apartment. My favorite places were the windowed corner nook in the living room and the patio, which has a table and chairs set among plants and vines, and had views of the sky and surrounding apartments. The kitchen was well equipped, and we could have prepared a nice if meal if w wanted to. Iris was a great host, generous with her local knowledge and responsive when we had questions. The apartment is in a co-op, and we didn't detect any resentment from the neighbors although we're obviously not owners. Highly recommended!

Quiet apartment in a quiet (but convenient) part of town, a block away from Buttes Chaumont Park, which is a really lovely and peaceful place.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura's beautiful studio apartment. It has everything you need for a great stay and Laura was really helpful and kind. The apartment is very quiet and the balcony looks out over a lovely garden below. The apartment is situated in the residential area of Canal Saint-Martin with lots of nice cafes and casual restaurants where you can sit outside and have a coffee or glass of wine. It is close to a number of metro stations, as well as places to rent bikes, so it is very easy to travel around Paris. We look forward to coming back as soon as we can. Merci beaucoup, Laura! :)

We loved staying at Isabell’s place. Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Beautiful garden. Easy and quick access to D line into the city. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and eating at local restaurants. The Cafe right outside the RER station is fantastic. Isabelle is a lovely host, very personable and kind. We would definitely stay with her again!

What a lovely place to stay for 8 days in Paris! Charlotte’s apartment was perfect and I loved the neighborhood, which is full of great food. I look forward to staying again next time I’m in Paris!

Was exactly as advertised me and my wife felt very comfortable and safe. The host provided instructions in both languages and was really easy to understand. Great place to stay, very good links to public transport we were by the tower in 30 minutes on the train. Would recommend.

Just what we were looking for. A useful, functional apartment in a great part of Paris. Easy access for anywhere you want to go, and great to enjoy the balcony at night. Raphael is a responsive host as well - we would stay again!

Stayed in Franck’s home while he was away on vacation. It’s nice and feels like a home. Franck’s communication is stellar.

We spent 6 days in this place. It's a great apartment, in a very quiet private residence. Waking up in the morning was done to the sound of birds. The apartment is very nice, the bedding is great. The only negative point would be that there is almost no pressure in the bathroom, but that would be nitpicking! It is close to the metro, there is a super bakery a 5-minute walk away. In short, if we were to return to Paris, we would not hesitate for a single minute to rebook this place.

From the outside it is hard to imagine such a lovely garden, quiet surroundings and art filled space. There is easy shopping and restaurants nearby and it seems quite safe on the nearby streets. Alain and Eric are friendly, very communicative, and accommodating. There is some complexity in the entryways but all is well explained. Very comfortable for our family visit to Paris.

My stay at Mélanie's went very well. The place was clean and nice. The host was responsive and thoughtful, and the bed was particularly comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! 👍

This romantic top-floor hideaway is beautifully decorated and cleverly designed to make the most of the available space. Private balcony is a brilliant feature and the whole place is both quirky and very comfortsble. Lots of thoughtful touches. Definitely worth the effort of climbing the stairs!

Just the perfect place. Peaceful at night. Apartment had everything we needed. was very clean amd organised well. Local shops , and restaurants within easy walking distance. Bus service just across the road, within 10 to 15 minutes of Disneyland, and train station for links to Paris. Fabienne was very helpful, and friendly.
