Excellent séjour chez Anne. Accueil très chaleureux. L'appartement est très lumineux, très bien équipé. La literie de bonne qualité. L'ascenseur est très appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement qui se trouve à proximité de tous commerces et de la plage Merci encore pour tout. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Really cool duplex right on the harbour. It's on the 3rd and last floor of a small typical house and has some nice views from the window (velux, so you do need to be on the tall side to enjoy them). The location is really hard to beat, just on the harbour, 100m from the cute center with a lot of shops and restaurants. There are some very nice walks around. The free car park is just downstairs but I can imagine it being quite full in the summer (we stayed in December). The flat has everything needed to feel right at home and my wife, our dog and I really enjoyed our stay. Thank you again Stephane, it was great

Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einer umfangreichen Ausstattung der Küche. Super schön waren die Betten, wir haben geschlafen wie Prinz und Prinzessin. Das Appartement von Héloïse kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Appartement agréable, fonctionnel et très bien situé. La communication est facile et rapide avec Virginie et Georges. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cet appartement.

Appartement fonctionnel bien équipé, disposant d'une terrasse et d'une véranda qui permettent, quelque soit la météo, de profiter pleinement de la superbe vue sur la plage de Perros-Guirec. Bon accueil de Jean-Paul.

We arrived slightly earlier than we had expected, but were shown in and welcomed. The place is very private and because of its elevation looks out across Brixham where the colourful houses on the other side of the harbour are a constant reminder that you are on holiday. The town is very easy to access if you can manage many steps, and within 5 mins you are at the harbour with its working fishing boats, tour boats and children crabbing alongside the marina. Good quality restaurants, including many fish and chips shops are all within a short walking distance, as well as specialist fish restaurants and a superb tapas bar. If you want to get away from the crowds the SW Coastal Path goes through Brixham from which the wildlife and views are spectacular. We had a very enjoyable weekend in a peaceful but convenient spot that was very clean, and welcoming, and Moira generously left us treats to help us have a good time

Appartement très classique en terme d’aménagement et décoration mais qui a l’avantage d’être très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités (restaurants, supermarché, magasin, plages et départ de randonnées) et avec le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Gros plus pour la vue sur la mer et le bruit des vagues pour s’endormir. Nadine nous a accueilli agréablement dans le logement.

Hôte très agréable et à l’écoute. Le logement est très bien situé à proximité immédiate de la promenade de bord de mer, avec en plus un une place de parking.

We had a lovely stay at Jeannine's place. Exactly at described, well-equipped and very clean, spacious with a lovely baclony. Very close to amenities and attractions. Jeannine and her husband are lovely hosts, always on hand if needed but also very discreet just leaving you to enjoy your time. Would highly recommend staying here.

Chris was the perfect host who met us upon arrival to furnish us with plenty of helpful recommendations. Great studio which is perfectly located for exploring Salcombe along with the added benefit of off-road parking. Would 100% stay again when next in the area.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Clément et Christine qui nous ont remarquablement bien accueilli. L'appartement est impeccable, d'une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé ( rien ne manque). Il est aussi décoré avec beaucoup de gout et d'attention, ce qui lui confère une atmosphère chaleureuse, que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. Les exterieurs confortables de l'appartement offrent une vue remarquable sur Saint Malo d'un coté et Dinard de l'autre. La résidence, très sécurisée, est au calme absolu, dans un environnement verdoyant avec un accès à pied à la plage ! Par ailleurs , l'accueil de nos hôtes a été amical et le contact très facile. Nous recommandons chaleureusement et nous y reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour à Dinard.

We had a great stay at Shirley and Rob's accommodation. We booked last minute for Easter Sunday but notwithstanding it being a holiday weekend the communication was excellent and the home spotless. A great place in a super setting. I am sure we will be back.

Tres beau logement identique aux photos. Appartement situé en bord de mer idéal pour la pêche ou la plage. 10min en voiture de l'intramutos. Toutes les commodités à proximité. Appartement très bien aménagé, très propre avec tous les équipements (bien plus que dans d'autres locations). Vraiment rien à dire. Je félicite Caroline pour ce très bel appartement et pour sa communication très claire à notre arrivée et à notre départ. nous reviendrons.

Bonne surprise à l'arrivée: logement spacieux et lumineux (grande baie vitrée). Draps et serviettes fournis à l'arrivée. La literie est top. Un petit chemin au bout du terrain nous mène directement au port, où se trouvent les commerces, bars et restaurants. Le plus: l'espace piscine/sauna, très agréable pour une petite pause détente.
