Granada - Cosy, quaint and quiet bungalow

We are 10 minutes walk to Beaucette Marina, Pembroke Common and Pembroke Beach. The bungalow is private, quiet and well located with the bus stop just outside. ** Please note we can accommodate 4 x adults plus a child up to the aged of 5 (the 5th bed is a toddler bed) plus a baby as we have a travel cot. The bungalow wouldn't be suitable for 5 adults in total due to bed space ** We provide baby/toddler items including a travel cot, toys, high chair enabling you to travel lightly.

The accommodation is a quaint holiday cottage, very homely, spacious, light and airy. There are multiple outdoor spaces to BBQ or just sit and relax. The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Spacious sea-view studio apartment

Our spacious studio apartment is just a two minute walk to the beach and a short stroll along the sea front to the popular harbour village of St Aubin. The split-level studio is on the first floor in a separate part of our family home. The bedroom is located on the upper level with sea views towards St Aubin’s Bay. The open-plan kitchen and living area is on the lower level with views across a quiet residential lane towards fields where you’ll often see Jersey cows grazing.
