Very nice warm and independent apartment of 70 m2 facing south, on the ground floor of a chalet on the hill of Recoin. Guests can enjoy a private garden with stunning views of the slopes and mountains. The Space: - located 300 m from shops. - Access to the Recoin slopes (ESF and kindergarten), Departure and return to skiing. - Free private outdoor parking IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, the accommodation is not accessible for people with reduced mobility (1 floor to go down)

This peaceful accommodation in the heart of nature offers a relaxing stay! The view of the forest, Mont-Aiguille and Grand-Veymont will give you magnificent sunsets. Enjoy the proximity to the ski slopes (400m), and the convenience store as well as the shuttle stop (less than 100m) (free, in season). The Arselle plateau for cross-country skiing is a 10-min walk. The south-facing balcony will allow you to enjoy the sun! Access to the residence's swimming pool in season.
