Chambre privée dans un appartement à partager avec le locataire actuel, dispose de son propre système de fermeture, avec un espace bureau et rangement. La salle de bain, wc, cuisine et salon est dans la partie commune. Proche de toute commodité (supermarché, boulangerie, commerces, etc à 3mn à pieds). Transport en commun bus et rer A (station Neuilly-Plaisance) à 8mn à pieds. A 20mn du centre de Paris, 30mn de Disneyland Paris. Les bords de Marne à proximité pour des balades à pied ou jogging.
