We spent 3 nights in this accommodation, which the few photos did not let us imagine could be so good. The king size bed was very cozy. The spacious living room, the huge TV, the very cute balcony, the functional and well-equipped kitchen, the bathroom with all the necessary toiletries provided and the separate toilet (suspended, a little noisy when you sit on it). Recommended +++

We loved the place. Quiet neighbourhood with easy access to metro stations, close to stores and restaurants. Beautiful decor and ambience, specially the balcony. Sarah was amazing. Very friendly and helpful.

everything was wonderful, it is small but everything needed is available and very cozy and stylishly furnished. the terrace is wonderful! highly recommended!

Initially we had some issues with finding the place, get directions button in airbnb site take us to another place but then with the help of Elhem we find it and spend goot time there. The apartment is close to the railway station which gives you good access to the Paris downtown and Disneyland.

I only stayed for a weekend, mainly used the accommodation for sleeping (I was mostly outside), but the accommodation was in great condition, easy to access, clear instructions, very friendly host. Recommended!

Clean, well organized, sober decoration, safe, garden with hammock. Air conditioning is available to cool our night. We didn't stay long, but one thing is that we'll be back with PLEASURE. Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There are plenty of shops and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's place is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The cherry on top was the jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and linens are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well-equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We will definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
