We enjoyed our stay there. The kids loved the room they stayed in. Nice screen in back deck area to seat and relax without the bugs getting to you.

Needed a place to decompress after visiting Family and this was the perfect spot! We really enjoyed being able to play pool in the garage! What a great surprise! Let’s do it again!

This place is brand new - great location and very clean house. The themed rooms for the kids are INSANE; our little one didn't want to leave. The oven/stove didn't work, so plan on eating out if you stay here unless they change that out. The Playstation 5's weren't set up yet either, but we got a great deal so it all evened out 👍🏼

Suzanne’s rental in Orlando is the ideal choice for a clean and spacious home. It comfortably accommodated our three families, and the kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed the pool and game room. The kids particularly loved the Peter Pan bunk bed room, which was a highlight of their trip. We also took advantage of the oasis club access, which included the pools, water slide, and lazy river. The home’s ideal location, with Disney parks within 25 minutes, was a plus. Suzanne was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. When I mentioned the Keurig being inoperative, she had a new one at our door within an hour—that’s hospitality, thanks Suzanne! I would highly recommend Suzanne’s rental to anyone looking for a family friendly home and would definitely come back in the future.

This home is exactly as described and shown, I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation homes over the years and this is the best in my opinion. Dillan is an EXCELLENT host, he clearly cares and gives the personal touch. This is not a stale investment company owned rental, Dillan has a fantastic home very well thought out and furnished. The stand out features that make it above the rest: Perfect games room and upper landing/games room. These cater for kids of all ages (and adults), and provide for both Xbox and PS fans! Very comfortably furnished, done with style. Good lighting too, this is big for me…I don’t like stale bright white lighting everywhere/builder grade stark lighting….not here! Excellent movie theater, easy to use and perfect for the family. Great pool and lanai, perfect for night and day. Comfortable seating, and WITH A TV AND SOUNDBAR AND SUBWOOFER. Many rentals don’t have this, but what a difference it makes. Finally Dillan himself, he is a top tier host, friendly & cares!

We enjoyed the stay a lot. Very clean place and everything matched the description. We had a great time in the pool. Only complaint is the ac only goes to 70 (me and my wife are very hot sleepers) other than that it was perfect! Would definitely stay again.

Luis was a amazing host his response time was very quick. I would recommend his davenport place to anyone, It was our first time here and he made our dreams come true with the airbnb. It was exactly like the pictures and provided lots of things for us including towels, utensils, etc.

I probably enjoyed this place more than any other place we’ve stayed in. It was beautiful and clean. Our hostess was easy to communicate with. The pool was wonderful for the kids to play in at the end of a long day of walking at Disney parks. There was so much space it was unreal! Every kind of kitchen appliance and dishes were available. A nice big washer and dryer were available in the laundry room. Lots of places to relax. I hope I get to stay there again if I return to the Orlando area.

My family and I enjoyed this gorgeous Airbnb. It was very clean and exceeded our expectations! The area was quiet and peaceful! The Host Kelby and Co-host Elena were responsive and pleasant! They replied to my messages in under 5 mins! If you are looking to book, BOOK! You won’t regret it! I do recommended you to bring toothpaste, and washcloths. If I ever visit Orlando again I would definitely book again!

Felt right at home, very clean home, beds were clean and comfortable. Pool was crystal clear every single day while my family and I vacationed there. Definitely recommend staying here also Disney parks are close, universal studios driving distance as well. Gas station near by and grocery stores, my family and I will be coming back.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in easy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel warm and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our family had an amazing time! The kids really enjoyed the game room, pool and movie room. The space looked exactly like the listing and Zachery was very responsive whenever we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this space for families looking to enjoy the space more than going out.

My only complaint would be the fridge shelf that was broken upon arrival and the dish washer that was somewhat difficult to keep closed to operate. Overall great stay

Beautiful villa, exactly as described, very clean and fantastic location for the Disney parks. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need for cooking/baking etc. Even baby dishes and cups which came in handy for our 2 year old. Pool area was gorgeous, not over looked from the back, comfortable loungers/chairs and bbq was pristine. Bedrooms very comfortable and plenty of bed linen and towels. The villa was honestly perfect and would love to come back in the future.

Great size house for a big group. Good location if you want to be out of the hustle of Orlando. Was perfect for a work conference near Champions Gate. Great host and communicated everything very well. Lots to do at house and was very comfortable for 5 adults. Recreation room in garage was a great surprise. One thing to note is that if you have more than 3 cars there is absolutely nowhere to park a 4th car. I can imagine this would be a huge problem if you have a big group that brings all their vehicles. You can not park on street after 12am and you can not park at any of the community areas. The neighborhood was extremely strict on parking rules and signs and neighbors confirmed you will be towed. We actually had to pay to keep our extra vehicle at the hotel where we were working at most of the weekend. That was inconvenient and would be something I would want to know before booking. Outside of the parking situation everything else was great and I highly recommend this place to stay.

Great property close to Disney. Lots of space and rooms. The pool was great after a long day at the parks. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Brandon and Michelle’s place was truly the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. This was a big family vacation with extended family so there were twelve of us in total. With 7 adults and 5 kids two being 5 and under this place was the epitome of perfection. Every room was themed with a different disney movie or character and the attention to detail was beyond anything we could’ve ever imagined. The playrooms were perfect for the children and they couldn’t stop playing. The pool and all the amenities that this house had to offer was truly a dream. I also wanted to point out the safety measures with this house having a pool connected. There is a pool alarm so anytime the door was open to the pool you had to press the button or it would go off which is wonderful for small children. Brandon and Michelle are wonderful hosts who are extremely responsive! I could go on and on about this air bnb but if you are looking for a air bnb that is family friendly and close to Disney you must stay here

I'm delighted to have stayed at your residence. The host and his team responded quickly to my inquiry. Tasteful details. Beautiful rooms for the children, and a fun game room and pool. The entire house was super clean and fully equipped. The complex is super quiet, with friendly neighbors. It has pools for toddlers and others for adults, as well as a gym, reception, and restaurant. Highly recommended house 😊 We are grateful 🤗

Pictures don’t do this home justice! I was so impressed when I walked in. The living area is huge. The master bedroom and bathroom were both spacious. The two other bedrooms were nice sizes as well. Plenty of seating both inside and out for our family of four. After busy days in the park, we enjoyed the pool and spa and watching movies. The home was clean and well stocked. Communication was great, and host reached out before and during our stay to ask if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!
