We have greatly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was present! The flexible arrival was a plus for us! It was a spacious home that was enormously cozy and well cared for. We definitely recommend staying here if you like to climb or enjoy nature!

We stayed at this beautiful oasis for a short getaway and loved the peaceful location and stunning surroundings. This feels less like a B&B and more like you have been invited to stay at a very well travelled friend's holiday home. We particularly liked the private walled garden where we ate every meal and the spacious and tranquil bedrooms. Helpful and responsive host too. We hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful time at Matthias and Julie’s place. It’s spotless, comfortable and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The surrounding area is beautiful, the village is peaceful and friendly with the sound of birdsong and scents of honeysuckle and roses all around. We were there to boulder and it’s an easy wander into the beautiful forest to reach the rocks. The local Carrefour carries the basics and there’s a good market on Fridays. We made daily visits to the boulangerie. Our hosts suggested La Papote for dinner - it’s a 30 minute stroll away and absolutely worth it. We hope to stay again.

We were bouldering in the forest of Fontainebleau. Marie's place is perfect for that. We were two with a small baby in the accommodation for two weeks, we lacked nothing and we were extremely enthusiastic about the tranquility and the perfect location in the middle of the boulder areas.

A nice little Airbnb in probably the nicest area I have stayed around Fontainebleau! Probably great for 2 people but it also worked for 3 guys too

We had a lovely few days at Agathe's. The house is very welcoming and well-equipped, the garden charming and the village very quiet. It immediately felt good there. Possibility of nice walks nearby, in the forest and along the Seine. Very nice. Finally Agathe is very available and responsive.

Very well located apartment, close to the train station, which is ideal for a stay without a car. You can quickly access the forest for beautiful walks. Accommodation is as described, clean and pleasant. Responsive and welcoming host. Recommended for a weekend in Fontainebleau.

Perfect, lovely short stay in Fontainebleau

Beautifully decorated and tastefully arranged accommodation located in a quiet and charming environment. The big plus: this beautifully vegetated private garden! Before our arrival a welcome booklet is sent to us which shows a real investment on the part of the host, I recommend it!

Damien is an excellent host, with an eye for the essentials. He is very kind and accommodating. We felt very comfortable in this apartment. It is very well equipped with the things you really need. In addition, it is very nicely decorated. 100% recommendation.

I advise people to book their weekend stay, even long term, at Thomas's. The neighborhood is very good, with lots of shops next door, plus transportation. The accommodation is very very clean. Thomas is very kind and very attentive and always responds to the needs of his guests. I will gladly return.
