Le logis du Marquis se situe au pied du château de Dormans, dans un quartier très calme à 30 minutes de Reims. L’endroit se prête à des séjours pour 12 personnes entre amis, entre collègues ou en famille pour se détendre dans le jacuzzi, sauna ou bien s'amuser autour d'un billard et du babyfoot.
