Beautiful family home, quiet, with beautiful exteriors and beautiful walks nearby. The house is large with spacious living areas. Gregoire was very responsive to messages. A place to keep for future stays!

Friendly accommodation for a large group. The outdoor space is very nice, the small patio also in case of light rain. Good value for money. Guaranteed response in under 12 hours and responsiveness.

The house is spacious, the bedrooms are large and the bedding is good quality. There were 10 of us. The 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets are a real plus. The pool was not yet in service, the weather was not yet ready. I recommend the house.

Wonderful house for family gatherings near Joigny. Comfortable beds- wonderful outdoor area and has all the kitchen amenities we needed to house our family. If you go- don’t forget towels for the bathrooms. Linens for beds included but not towels.

This place was perfect. We stayed as two families with young kids and it was very well suited. Great pool, great kitchen and eating options in the house. The downstairs was just stunning and so many options for the kids, from tennis, to swimming, to the climbing frame. We would stay again for sure.

Modern, clean and functional home in champagne, great place for those wanting to explore the country side of the Champagne region

A big thank you to François! His house is ideal for a weekend with friends or family :) For a fairly humid weekend in May, François had heated the pool as well as the living room with the wood stove. The house is very nice, a large garden, a peaceful environment, spacious and bright rooms, brand new shower rooms and bathrooms, impeccable cleanliness. Francois was there to welcome us and give us all the useful information and recommendations for activities around. Our arrival and departure were flexible and allowed us to be more flexible in our organization. I can only recommend it, we'll be back :)

We had a great weekend. The villa was very clean and its interior was well equipped, so the garden with its pool and hot tub. We absolutely do not regret it, I would recommend it to my loved ones without hesitation . Host was very communicative, nice. To escape the cities and come and spend a little time in a villa is an ideal place

We had a fab week here! The house is lovely and spacious and has everything you could want on a trip with lots of really thoughtful touches. The garden is a great space and fully enclosed so was perfect for our dog. The pool is bigger than the average private pool which was a real treat. The surrounding area is lovely and quiet and there are lots of nice routes for dog walking but with amenities just a short drive away.

A great house for a great weekend for families or groups of friends. Time flies. We wish the weekend was 5 days longer. Nathalie is a great host, kind and very responsive I won't hesitate to rent again

Dan's place is great for a weekend with friends (for me it was to celebrate my 30th birthday). Everything is there: an exterior, enough beds, tables and chairs for a group of friends. In case of sunny days the barbecue and pool can be a great plus! Dan is very friendly and accommodating and communication is very fluid. I would this place without hesitation!

Booked as part of a family weekend, this place checked all the boxes for sharing great memories: Space, comfort, amenities, activities, cleanliness. In addition, Valentin was very responsive by message and the house is really made for renting, it is fully equipped and has a large room for celebrating (projector that offers the possibility to do karaoke, dance, play console and watch movies, in addition to the Sauna, foosball etc). We were also able to come with our dog. Highly recommended! Léa
