In general all was OK

It was a great location just a few blocks away from the Russian market and there were also lots of great options for food! Khmer food and international food. The house had nice cool AC and all the amenities. I would only suggest having small quantities of ingredients in the kitchen like cooking oil, salt and pepper. They had all the pots and pans and cooking utensils but it would have been nice to have a few basic condiments. They were very accommodating with hosting our family and allowing us to have a late check-out. Will definitely stay again!

My stay was truly fantastic! The location is excellent, in the heart of Phnom Penh, close to the Olympic Stadium and Tuol Tom Pong, making it a perfect base to explore the city's authentic local life. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience. The apartment itself is private, clean, and well-equipped, featuring a balcony, a great shower, a functional kitchen, and even a very decent refrigerator. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the real Phnom Penh!

The room is very clean, perfect studio with everything you need. Comfortable bed, great kitchen and shower. Quiet and safe area but not many restaurants close by (mainly just Chinese restaurants) Would definitely stay there though as it’s fantastic value for money. Incredible room and facilities.

I arrived at PP Airport 23:30 but there was no problem as they came and wait to pass me an entry card. These couples are really kind and nice, so impressed. During my stay, communication was always perfect. Accommodation is perfect to solo traveler, everything was ready as described. 30m long rooftop swimming pool is stunning. Never crowded. LG smart TV helped me watching Netflix, YouTube seamlessly as if I am home. Nespresso coffee machine with enough capsules made my day. Receptionist at the lobby is also gentle and kind. Ground floor café provides various delicious foods and coffee. All people in this facility speak English good enough, amazing. Building seemed to have a lot of Chinese or Taiwanese tenants. It's not an apartment but also have an office, co-working space. 4 Elevators were always busy but it doesn't mean I was uncomfortale.l 7 eleven convenient store was near, I used to drop by on foot. Access to well-known spots such as BKK1, Bassac, riverside is easy by grab.

Great stay in the best part of town but also quiet. The apartment isn’t your boring commercial Airbnb plastic dump. It’s a warm cosy home with a lot of love and thought put into it. Really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer

Frequent visitor to Phnom Penh so I chose this place in my favourite area of Phnom Penh. Narith's is a quiet, high-floor unit in a luxury condo with a great view. The building has four floors of top-notch common amenities. I was greeted by Narith with the key and a tour of the building. Great start! The unit is decorated as a home, not a rental unit. Spotlessly clean. The furniture and beds are super-comfortable. Excellent quality bedding and towels. The kitchen is well-equipped. Includes thoughtful touches like premium salt, pepper and cooking oil. And the fixings of a pasta meal if you're too lazy to call Nham24 :) oh and gentle ceiling air-conditioning not one of those wall monsters. And great water pressure and hot water. Great place! Very nice and clean. Pool and gym are wonderful. Building is nice and good location. Host is great to work with and communicative. Highly recommend.

A great find for the price. Accommodations were excellent and it was nice a nice area as well. Looking at possibly staying there again in the future.

The place has great view & felt right at home. There's elevator so it's very easy to carry your luggages up & down~ Overally I had really good sleep & enjoyed being there. Hopefully next time Phi can clean it better & have paper roll in the toilet. I had to fight with 4 cockcroaches 🤣 but the receptionist was very helpful

Great place for a staycation, since it located in the middle of the city it is very easy to go to places and explore local area, somaly was super nice, provide a great instruction for checkin and made it a great experience for us.
