Five out of Five Stars! Good and clear communication from the first message. Friendly personel at the desk and parking guards, 24 hours available. Very spacious and clean room with everything working perfectly. Comfortable mattress, couch and big tv with good sound quality and nice bath tub! Flexible housekeeping times. Nice big pool with a beautiful view and nice gym. No noise in and around the hotel during day and night and a safe feeling.

An excellent, spacious apartment in a central location of the city close to bars and cafes. Loving living space and well equipped. Would recommend to anyone.

Great location. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops near by. The palace is walkable within 20 minutes. The apartment itself was light and as described. The beds are very hard (personal preference to be considered). There is a pool on the top floor that has stunning views. I initially had difficulty locating the apartment block because the address is on the main road but was able to message the host and had an immediate response. I would definitely recommend this place in Phnom Penh.

We loved the place. Outside the city center with a stunning view to the skyline and Mekong. Spent the mornings at the pool. Easy to get a tuktuk. Good beds. Loved it!

Michele's apartment was lovely and made our time in Phnom Penh really enjoyable. The views are spectacular, the apartment and building are both lovely and everyone we met who worked there was really friendly and eager to help out. We had a couple minor issues on arrival but Michele replied promptly, was very understanding and we were offered a solution immediately. Fab value for money. Recommend highly!

The place is pretty good. Had everything I needed and it was just as it was advertised. Didn’t really have any major issues. The only minor one was that I couldn’t open the door to the outside patio. But it wasn’t a big deal to the point it would lose a star.

David was a helpful responsive host. The flat was spacious, with great internet and it was nice to get it cleaned. I’d stay again.

Great view from Jerome’s place. When the electrical had issues he was very responsive and proactive and got it fixed quickly. The place could have been cleaner but it was a good value. Thanks for hosting.

Definitely 10/10 space. Apartment is recently built and every furniture and equipment is new and sparkling clean. Also, there’s a gym, coworking space and pool so you don’t need to go out. It’s located in a quiet and safe area and Aeon Mall is 15 minutes away by tuk tuk. Lastly, the host, Sokkunthea and Vibol are so kind and well communicated. I’m fully satisfied!!

Check in was smooth and the host and her team were well prepared and their experience was very evident. There were some minor instances that came up during my stay where some maintenance and attention were required but Lalin and her team (especially MeanHeng) were experts in remedying the situation and resolving it quickly and with ease. The only Con for my stay was the bed, it was a little bit more firm than I am used to. Outside of that, the description and instructions were accurate. The best part was the location to the river walk and all the markets and bars - also a great location for avid runners.

This was the best of the seven places I stayed in Phnom Penh. Communication with the owner was smooth and well-coordinated with the front desk staff. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location was also good, with nice restaurants nearby.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at in Phnom Penh. So spacious with a good view. The host is quick to answer questions and is kind and friendly. The kitchen has pots, pans and utensils which is a bonus. Really loved this stay.

We had Vatey's house for our count down 2023-2024 and we had a great experience seeing the firework from the room. It has the city view and river view. The house is close to shopping centers and many other attractions in OCIC. There is the pool and gym at 24Floor. Clean sheets. Recommended!!

The room was excellent and clean. Nice and clean linens and towels, new furniture, refrigerator and TV. Great internet too. Only one point of note, there is a $50 deposit before you check in that was not mentioned until after you book and cannot be covered with credit card, only cash. This was not clearly disclosed before the booking. I didn't have the cash on me, so the receptionist kindly waived the deposit.

My stay at Eloisa's one-bedroom apartment in the Royal Platinum Condominium was absolutely fantastic! The building is new and still has a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, which was perfect for someone like me looking to relax and enjoy the abundant amenities. The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable, featuring a cosy bed, a spotless clean environment, fast WiFi, and a large balcony with great views. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated having access to the building's spa and gym facilities, which were a wonderful bonus. The location in Touk Kork is superb. It's walking distance to many fancy cafes and restaurants, making it easy to explore the local dining scene. TK Avenue is also just a short stroll away, where you'll find a supermarket and a professional gym, covering all your needs. I would definitely return to Eloisa's apartment and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and peaceful stay in Phnom Penh.
