Our cottage, located in the countryside in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire region, offers a relaxing and peaceful stay, while allowing you to enjoy visits to the rose-growing village of Chédigny and to the Châteaux de la Loire: Chenonceau, Amboise, the Cité Royale de Loches, Montpoupon, and more. You can also visit Beauval Zoo and take delightful walks or bike rides, as well as tour wine cellars and enjoy tastings. Lounge on the sunbeds, have lunch outdoors. In summer, come and cool off in the family pool (June 1 to September 21 minimum) in complete privacy.

This unusual, charming home can accommodate a couple and possibly two children. Very close to the city center (10 min walk), you can park your car in the small private parking lot and visit Loches, which was awarded 3 stars by the Guide Vert in 2026. 3-star comfort cottage, near castles and Beauval ZOO 320 m2 house on a 7400 m2 park, fully enclosed and private. 7 Bedrooms for the comfort of each of our guests and spacious living areas. In the heart of the Loire Valley, calm and incredible light. Beds made on arrival and on request, towels, tablecloths and even a stove to prepare excellent local meals. The outdoor pool is open and heated from May to September and is private.

In the heart of the Loire Valley Castles, the location of the Gîte des Sables allows you to quickly access the castles of Loches and Chenonceau, Clos Lucé d'Amboise and Beauval Zoo. The cottage is located on the Indre bike path. Essential shops (bakery, grocery, bar-tobacconist) are 500 m away. The cottage, adjoining our house, has a separate entrance and a private courtyard. Accommodation fully restored in 2022.
