Vacation rentals with lake access in Cham

We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

Honestly, the living experience far exceeded expectations.Due to visa issues, we had a tight booking time, and we changed our itinerary from Grindelwald to Spitz.This B&B made this trip better.Whether it's the homestay itself or the service.Don't be misled by the simplicity of the cover photo, when you actually stay, you will find that this is the distant place in your mind, and there is no other.The house is fully furnished, clean and tidy, and feels like home. I was very impressed with the B&B in New Zealand, it was modern poetry and distant, but the night was too quiet, that happened in Wanaka, South Island, New Zealand.During this trip to Switzerland, living here is surrounded by lakes and mountains, which is more and more rustic poetry and distant, but the night.It's worth mentioning that I slept for 10 hours in a row, maybe it has something to do with hiking in Florence, but I still want to give credit to this place, staying here will make your trip even more memorable.

Regula and Sascha are absolutely lovely people and their home is a gem. Like others have wrote, they have thought about every detail from a wood-fired oven for pizzas to an herb garden to pick for meals to even pre-paying for our bus card to get around town. They were so kind to show us around their home when we checked in and explained everything we would need to know. The property is stunning and so peaceful with access to the lake for swimming or to take the ferry as well as a bus stop at the end of the street. I hope to stay in their home again and I would recommend it to anyone considering! Paradise! Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed more sunshine. Thank you both so much!

Our group of 8 adults and 2 children had a very comfortable and lovely stay! The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and it was very conveniently located to public transit. I would absolutely recommend!

Well-maintained family home in a prime location by the lake, close to the train station and shopping. You can do so much - sports, hiking, cycling, lake, museums. Very nice landlords who always have time for you.

Lou's accommodation matches the description and we liked it very much. You can reach the lake and shopping opportunities on foot and have a parking space right outside the door. Check-in went smoothly. Overall, we had a great stay.

Thanks Marcel, the apartment was perfect. Fairly priced and good location. The view from the apartment, especially in the mornings, of the lake is beautiful. The place is really clean and fully stocked with everything you need. As long as you follow the instructions for check in it is really easy and the parking was convenient. The check in was flexible on the day we were able to arrive early which was helpful. Overall i would gladly visit again and we hope to go back to Switzerland one day, we had a great time!

The location of the accommodation is in a place that fits the appearance of the accommodation expected in Switzerland, with a view of the lake. The milk, juice, and bread prepared by the host were excellent. It's a place I want to come back to.

Beautiful scenery, very quiet, very suitable for travelers who want to rest, the owner is also very kind and friendly, helped us use the washing machine and dryer, thank you very much🙏

The property features a separate parking lot and a private entrance, ensuring ease and privacy. The entrance to the building was impeccably clean, and the flat itself was spotless. Inside, the flat boasts a spacious layout, including a large balcony furnished with dining tables both indoors and outdoors. The kitchen was fully equipped and included a large freezer, making meal preparation a breeze. The bathroom was pristine and well-maintained, and the bedroom was generously sized with ample storage space. Additionally, there was a dedicated study adjacent to the bedroom, offering a comfortable space to work or relax. Phenomenal location with a great view of the nearby lake and mountains. Parking was easy. We chose this location to be close to Stops Ridge hike (10-15 min) and within range to go to Lucerne. The place was spacious and very modern. Only complaint would be that the bathroom was stuffy/musty after using shower so we had the windows open often.

Hans place was great and Andrea was great at communication. The location is great, only 8 mins to the center station. The waterbody described is walkable however not much to do on this side of the lake. The apt building is sorrounded by office building and a construction site which can be noisy in the am on weekdays, wasnt much of a problem for us as we were out and about early most days. The bedroom was nice and clean, however had two relatively smaller pillows and I agree with someone on here that the bed couldve been a bit more comfortable. The place is kept quiet cozy even when it was 50F out, we couldnt control the indoor temp so opened the windows and used pedestal fan provided. The bathroom was nice and clean, however there were no shampoo/shower gel, its ok as we got to explore to the nearby Migros mart which is maybe a 10 or so min walk. The kitchen was nice and clean, had all the crockery that one would need, we made breakfast almost daily. Overall great stay and recommended

Was really nice. The location was amazing easy to walk to from train. Great restaurants and things to do. The city is expensive. The stairs are very noisy like no matter how u walk everyone knows u r on the stairs. Everything was in good condition. I would stay there again.

Truly a joy that Yael & her friends give us the opportunity to spend a few days in their little paradise! Amazing place, peaceful, easy to access on foot and by train with a sauna session, beautiful excursions and restaurants nearby! Highly recommendable!!

One of the most beautiful views I have seen.

Beautiful location, friendly and responsive host. All amenities mentioned were provided. There’s no kitchen as mentioned, but can use microwave, kettle and hot pot to warm or cook basic stuff. No issues if you’re coming by car, but in case of walking, as all of the bus stops are downhill, it could be a tough walk. Also it’s because the place is uphill you get such beautiful lake view. Pool table is icing on the cake. So thankful to the host for letting us use washer and dryer. Also we were given croissants, nutella on arrival, overall a great stay.

This place is a romantic spot on Lake Zurich that is truly unique. Those who have a close understanding of nature and can do without luxury will really feel comfortable and at home here and love this place. Cool.
