Water sports leisure center 10 minutes away (Ile Chambod/Merpuis). Possibility to rent in addition a cottage for 2 people on the same property (which is 3 hectares)

Located in a hamlet 10 minutes by car from access no. 11 of the A40 Annecy exit, I welcome you to my house, where you can enjoy a simple and independent stay. The apartment, spacious at 40 m², is located on the lower ground floor and has a private terrace. You will enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment, with a central location for exploring the 3 lakes in our region. Pets are welcome as long as they are respectful of those sharing the space (dogs and cats).

On the lower level, the 45 m2 spa area with Jacuzzi, sauna and large round bed for your nights in the magic of a plant decor, special care has been given to the materials including 2 basins cut from blocks of Carrara marble.
