We have a central position between Annecy, Aix-les-Bains and Geneva! Lakes, mountains, cities, forests and so many more... You will discover this beautiful house completely renovated in a "countryside-bohemian" style in a green corner!

View Lake 2, apartment completely renovated in 2022, will offer you a magnificent view of Lake Annecy. Its south-facing balcony will allow you to fully enjoy it. Ideally located, you are a few meters from the beach. Opposite the apartment, a pontoon is accessible for your paddle boarding, canoeing... Close to Annecy and its pedestrian streets, which will amaze you with their life and beauty. A privileged environment between Lake Annecy and the Aravis Mountains.

Elegant and refined apartment, ideally located between the forest, the lake and the old town of Annecy. Two terraces offer beautiful unobstructed views of the lake. Peaceful environment, with direct access to forest trails. Accommodates 2 to 6 people with a double bed, a foldaway bed and a sofa bed. Wi-Fi, washer/dryer and private parking. Located 24 min from the Semnoz ski resort, 15 min walk from the lake and the historic center or 4 min by car. Bus stop nearby.

A unique space of 64 m2 plus terrace and garden: Including: A 20 m2 studio with kitchenette, comfortable and practical sofa bed, rapido type, overlooking a 12 m2 terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and its Romantic garden. On the lower level, the 45 m2 spa area with Jacuzzi, sauna and large round bed for your nights in the magic of a plant decor, special care has been given to the materials including 2 basins cut from blocks of Carrara marble.

Nous vous proposons 'Le Nordique', un GRAND STUDIO de 40m² disposant d'un BAIN NORDIQUE PRIVATIF CHAUD avec JETS HYDROMASSANT et d'un SAUNA. Il se situe au deuxième et dernier étage d'une maison récente que nous avons pris plaisir à imaginer, construire et aménager dans le but de vivre des instants mémorables à Aix les Bains.
