Vacation rentals with beach access in Chalki

Byli jsme ubytovaní v době velkého požáru. Hostitel s námi velmi dobře a rychle komunikoval a dodával informace o stavu požáru. Přivezl nám i vodu, když byly obchody díky této situaci zavřené. Hostitel příjemný. Ubytování odpovídá fotkám. Bylo uklizeno. Jediné s čím jsme se potýkali, byla hromada mravenců a schránka na klíče,která nešla otevřít.

nous sommes arrivés à 2h30 du matin et Pantelis est venu nous chercher à l aéroport avec sa voiture.. c était très gentil de sa part. petit déjeuner sur balcon face à la mer. Quartier calme, grand parking et sécurisé. petits cadeaux en arrivant, très agréable surtout à 2h30 du matin. je recommande à 200% car qualité prix excellent. commerces et restaurants à pied. vieux rhodes à 10 min en scooters. super séjour, merci beaucoup.

We had a great week in the Helen apartment. It’s a delightful apartment, comfortable and well equipped and the view is amazing from the bedroom window and the terrace. Wonderful to watch the sunrise from the terrace! It’s also very quiet. The terrace is shared with the apartment next door but it is huge and cleverly screened so it still feels private and secluded - it also has both shade and sun all day. Roseanna met us to take us to her place which was really helpful and she is a responsive and welcoming host.

We had a fantastic stay at Pari’s villa. It was much bigger than we expected. Being so close to the beach, which rarely had anyone on it, it felt like it was our personal beach. Lots of great restaurants within 15 minutes walk. Pari was extremely friendly and the welcome gifts of wine and a large watermelon were really appreciated after the long day’s travel. Would highly recommended.

Filippos is a very helpful and kind host. His studio appartments are very comfortable ,clean and have everything you need for a holiday by the sea. The view from the terrace is beautiful and the bed is really comfy and long enough for a tall dutchman!!!

Wir waren im Oktober 24 zu Gast bei Andreas und Anna. Sie haben uns jederzeit unterstützt. Die Wohnung ist modern, mit einer riesigen Terrasse, auf der im Sommer wohl das Leben stattfindet. Zum Meer ist es ein kleiner Spaziergang, der Strand war ruhig, etwas Kieselsteine, aber perfekt für schöne Schwimmstunden. Es gibt dort auch einen Kinderspielplatz. Der Flughafen ist in der Nähe (tagsüber fliegen sie dem Strand entlang), aber auch Rhodos-Stadt und der schöne Ausflugshügel Filerimos. In nächster Umgebung um die Wohnung hat es viele Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Boutiquen und Restaurants. Auch Andreas und Anna haben einen sehr schönen Souvenirladen. Danke nochmals für Eure Gastfreundschaft!

very cozy apartment directly on the beach with a wonderful sea. air conditioning working very well, no problems with water/hot water. Tanja always very kind all the time even if she is in south Africa. I really recommend her apartment and Tanja as a friendly and serious host

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastischer Aufenthalt – jederzeit wieder!** Mein Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben: sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Eleni war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, gab mir tolle Tipps für die Umgebung und sorgte dafür, dass ich mich von Anfang an wie zu Hause fühlte. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, und der Check-in war super einfach. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Alles war so wie beschrieben. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und gingen selbstständig einkaufen und ins Dorf. Grosszügiges Haus und ganz tolle Lage. Die Abendstimmungen sind ein Traum, wir wollten gar nicht mehr Nach Hause gehen. Wenn man etwas kritisieren will, dann vielleicht den arg kleinen Geschirrspüler, welcher kaum das ganze Geschirr für acht Personen aufnehmen kann. Auch die Küche ist nicht gerade über dimensioniert, aber mit den vier Herdplatten kann man gut kochen. Pefkos im Herbst ist ein ruhiges, schönesTouristendorf. Obwohl das Haus an einer manchmal recht stark befahrenen Strasse liegt, hat uns die Strasse gar nicht gestört. Das Haus liegt ja zurückgesetzt und erhöht. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder einmal zu kommen!

La casa, come la vacanza, è stata fantastica; dotata di tutti i servizi e ottimo base d'appoggio per vedere tutti i punti d'interesse dell'intera isola. Georgios è stato molto disponibile e proattivo a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta. Molto gradito, all'arrivo, la presenza di diversi prodotti nel frigorifero (acqua, birra, frutta, burro, marmellata, pane ecc.) e la possibilità del parcheggio, coperto, all'interno della proprietà. Negozi, ristoranti, spiaggia sono situati molto vicini alla struttura (300/400 metri). Assolutamente da consigliare!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa. Die Kommunikation mit Daffy war problemlos und er hat stets innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet. Beim Check-In wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten und Geschirr ausgestattet. Zum Empfang war gekühltes Wasser, Gemüse für einen Salat und Wein vorbereitet. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

We enjoyed the stay and the village. Quiet and calm at this time of year which is what we had hoped for. Friendly Perfect beach spot opposite the apartment and in the afternoons we walked to the other end of the village to the stone beach where we were basically on our own. The apartment patio was also a nice restful area in the shade with a great view to the sea. To see the sunrise you need to walk a few hundred meters into the village, or climb the mountain/hill next to the apartment, which is what we did. A good week.

Zum zweiten Mal haben wir nun die Herbstferien in Stelios wunderschöner Villa verbracht. Stelios ist unglaublich herzlich, die Villa sauber und hell, das Meer kristallklar. Es ist absolut ruhig, die Bucht hat man oft für sich .. gute Tavernen sind in der Nähe

The positive reviews of this place and host are entirely justified. Top notch luxury villa, everything provided (even memory foam pillows!), perfect and peaceful location. We availed of the delivered breakfast and enjoyed this every day of our stay. Our host was attentive and nothing was a problem. The pool is exceptional, and the villas and grounds are maintained to a high standard. We loved our holiday to Kolymbia and would highly recommend Twelve Island Villas. We just wish we had booked for longer.

I had the most fantastic 9 nights in haraki .. the apartment is perfectly located directly across the pedestrian walkway straight onto the most beautiful beach. For me, paradise to wake every morning to the view and sound of the sea! To swim everyday before breakfast and then to sit outside on the patio to enjoy! The apartment is a good size and had everything for my stay, including a full size fridge/freezer and stove/cooker. I found the (back entrance) to the flat easily enough with Nikos’ instructions, but I have been to haraki many times and know the layout .. maybe not so easy if you don’t know the area, and you arrive in the dark! Restaurants all very good, with a fantastic selection for everyone, and easy to walk to. Also 2/3 small supermarkets for basics but there are some larger ones within 10 mins drive. Bed comfortable, if you prefer firm, although a side table/lamp would have been preferable instead of bright main light. Maybe some updating needed but overall fab!

Really kind host, always responsive and helpful when we needed it. He fixed us transport to and from the airport and a place for our luggage to stay inbetween checkout and when our plane left. Great spot would recommend👍🏻👍🏻

Our stay at this place was really nice in every way! We were looking for something quiet and relaxing and this place was perfect for it. You easily get to the beach by walking just 3/4 minutes and also very close you have the village of Gennadi which is totally worth to visit and spend some time at. Marietta was simply an amazing host and very friendly! We could not have had a better experience at Gennadi and would defintely stay there in case we come back to Rhodes!

Von der ersten Sekunde an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Anthoula ist unheimlich herzlich und das Befinden ihrer Gäste ist ihr unheimlich wichtig. Sie hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und hat uns auch mit griechischen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank Anthoula ❤️

I would like to start with expressing how friendly and nice George and his family are!! The place is also very neat and peaceful! We enjoyed our holiday in Rhodes here and felt really safe. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 😊😊

We had an amazing stay at Renata’s apartment in Kremasti! The location was easy to reach by bus and perfect for exploring the island, enjoying delicious local food, and relaxing on the nearby beach. Renata was incredibly friendly and always available to help, making us feel right at home. The only minor downside was some noise at night due to the main street nearby, but it didn’t take away from our wonderful experience. Overall, we highly recommend staying here and would gladly return. Thank you, Renata, for a fantastic stay!

El alojamiento es como se ve en las imágenes, es hermoso, acogedor y está ubicado en una zona tranquila y cerca de atracciones turísticas como old town (15 minutos en carro). Eleni nos recibió personalmente en el alojamiento, fue muy linda y amigable; nos recibió con bebidas y snacks para relajarnos y comenzar a disfrutar nuestra estancia. Estuvo siempre al pendiente de nuestra de nosotros. Nos ayudó con muchas recomendaciones y con información de la ciudad que no teníamos clara. El departamento estaba demasiado limpio y contaba con productos de lavandería, con utensilios de cocina, varios productos para cocinar, toallas para ir a la playa, buen internet, camas y sala muy cómodas y suaves, productos de baño, etc. Sin duda, mi familia y yo volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí! Ha sido una de las mejores estancias de nuestra vida! Te agradecemos mucho, Eleni!:) eres una excelente anfitriona!❤️

We felt at home from the first day on. Nikos and his wife were very friendly and Nikos helped us if we needed something. We got used to the noise from the airplanes (slept with oropax). We could communicate our needs very openly and without "filter" and so was Nikos a very honest, helpful and open minded host. Nikos or his wife were always very quick on responding via Airbnb-chat! Thanks a lot for everything!

Nous avons adoré séjourné ici. La vue mer est imprenable depuis l'appartement. Il y a de la place pour se garer dans la rue et la mer est à 2 minutes à peine à pied. À chaque fois que nous rentrons, nous avons été accueilli par le chien Bella qui est adorable. L'hôte nous a amené du raisin, de l'eau et des petits cadeaux pendant notre séjour, ce qui était adorable. De plus, nous avons pu arriver au logement dès le matin après notre vol Nous recommandons fortement ! ✨
