Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chalcis

We had a great time at the accommodation! Every morning, the beginning of our day was accompanied by the sound of the waves and the stunning view of the sun rising over the sea. The location on the seafront was magical, with incredible views and sunsets that impressed us every day. The house was really beautiful, very comfortable and warm, with all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay. It was impeccably appointed and welcoming, making us feel at home. The quietness of the area was perfect for total relaxation. In particular I would like to mention Evangelia, an amazing woman, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Despite the house being in a great location, the price was value for Money. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing stay by the sea.”

Sparkling clean and tidy. It is located in the village of Kambia, 5m by car from Steni, Evia. People are very kind, welcoming and friendly, willing to help us with everything.

The house and location was great. Sparkling clean, pleasant surroundings, and it felt like home. It was fully equipped with all the essentials and had extra "pastries". Mrs. Dimitra is a very pleasant and hospitable person. He gave us tip and tips for food, drink, sweet, and places we can visit. Our stay was fantastic!!!

The house is great. Beautiful, pleasant and complete. It's better than the photos in my opinion. And hosts are thoughtful and helpful. The location of the house is perfect because it is quiet and away from noise and traffic but at the same time very close on foot to restaurants cafes and the beach. We had an unforgettable vacation in Kostas' house in the best October weather. The direct location by the sea and the incredibly beautiful view, the good amenities of the house and the entire ambience ensured a perfect vacation. The house was very clean and we didn't miss anything. It is spacious, nicely decorated and very well equipped. We especially liked the pool and the barbecue corner with stone oven. Communication with Kostas was always very nice. He gave us many great tips. One of the best places we've ever stayed. We will be happy to come back and look forward to next time.

Our two-night stay at Christina's place was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, right by the sea, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Very beautiful house just like in the photos. Spotless everything with very quiet … the sea is twenty meters from the house and has many restaurants and cafes! Chalkida is 15 minutes away . Dimitra is a helpful and welcoming city from the first moment. The kitchen is perfect with all the comforts, as well as there is also a sound system and two TVs for entertainment !!!! Great choice and I'll go again sometime !!!

The house was lovely, the view was fantastic. It was awesome that we were two families and we separated on the two floors and each one had its own bathroom. Kitchen and living room very convenient and big space. The balconies are awesome to stay for the hours. The back balcony - terrace is closed and has enough toys for children to work on and comfortable couches for you to relax. Communication with the host was typical and everything we needed helped us.

Great place with amazing hospitality

It was exactly what we were expecting of. Secluded and peaceful location with lots of space, a wonderful porch that combined with the large pool made us feel like we were home. The property delivered everything it promised!

Lemma's home is perfect for a restful get away. The property is modern and well equipped. Everything that you could want. The interior of the property was cool and functional, the room fans where quiet and where far superior to A/C. The out door space gives multiple options for eating or just sitting and relaxing. The short walk down the garden to the beach meant we spent a lot of time just "watching" our surroundings, and we even sat there in the evening just looking at the the stars. The beach isn't private, but you get the impression that it is just because there is no one there. There are un-spoilt villages on route to Dafni, if you aren't personally driving the views of the mountains and sea are breath taking. Dafni itself is just at the end of the road there is a taverna at either end of the village that are very welcoming. If you are looking for a location that is unspoilt, but with quality accommodation Lemma's house is it.

Whatever I say, I will not be able to describe the stay like we feeled. The house has everything you need, but above all is the view and the location! The place is away from the road, but at the same time very communicative with a wonderful view of the bay and the mountains. The house is built with great attention to detail and we feeled like at home. From the terrace there is a very beautiful view of the bay and while having breakfast or dinner it is very pleasant. There are waterhoses everywhere in the yard and the kids enjoy watering the flowers. At this house you can enjeoy the peace, and when you need some action - Drosia Center is 5 minuntes and Chalkida is 15 minutes away. It has everything you need - stoves, refrigerators, etc. The kids didn't want to go back home! I recommend with both hands!

We really have no words.We spent the Easter days 10 people there (3 families) with children and babies and he left us the best impressions.The house as a place that not only is not missing anything but the hosts have provided for much more things than the basics as well as as people who from the first moment we booked and in every communication either at our arrival or by phone they were very kind and extremely helpful.We took a lot of things that we didn't use because the house provided them with the above.A step forward the hosts for every need that may arise,many congratulations!!It is also recommended as a place and as a hospitality and definitely as a location as it is beautiful and quiet.We will definitely seek to revisit it in the future!
