The apartment is completely as in the photos, very stylish and cozy. But it's very small, comfortable for one person, as even the bed is closer to a 1.5-bed. There is heating, the apartment is warm. High-quality, and most importantly clean dishes (which is rare in rented accommodation), everything you need for cooking was there. I didn't like the old and worn towels, and that in many cabinets there were some boxes and incomprehensible things. I also want to note the location, it is the center of the city and everything is nearby, very convenient. Landlords responded quickly to all requests and answered all questions. Thank you.

Lovely view apartment in the very center of Batumi. The apartment had everything you need for a short stay. No complaints about cleanliness. The host is friendly and responsive, answered all questions instantly. The only thing that does not depend on the landlord is a fairly cold apartment in cold weather. But in this case, the apartment has air conditioning and a heater. We had enough (a few days it was quite cold at night +6/8). 🫶

Actually it was the most beautiful apartment I have ever rented on airbnb. It is very spacious, beautifully designed, very well equipped. The location is also super - close to the sea and restaurants as well. The only downside is that as it is situated in quite a busy area it is always very noisy in the late evening.

Natalia and Alexandra were amazing hosts! They were kind enough to pick me up from the train station and recommended a lot of great things to do and delicious restaurants in the area. The apartment itself is beautiful—super clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need. It really felt like home. Natalia was also very responsive and helped clarify some questions I had about visiting the botanical garden. Both of them made my trip 10 times better. Highly recommend staying here!

An excellent and stylish apartment with impeccable cleanliness! The host is very thoughtful and attentive, making the stay even more comfortable. Stunning views of the sea and park create an incredible atmosphere. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby, everything is within reach. Highly recommend!

In August, they lived in Natia's apartment, great location, 5 minutes to the sea, most cafes and shops are within walking distance. The room has everything for a great holiday. The hostess resolves any issue and is always available.

The surrounding area boasts numerous bars and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The two-level apartment is a blend of comfort and modern style. Immaculately clean, its well-thought-out design ensures privacy even with multiple guests. Every amenity we needed was available, making our stay hassle-free. Natia proved to be an exceptional host, promptly addressing any minor issues we encountered. A word of caution: the central location means nights can be a tad noisy. However, the convenience and charm of the place more than make up for it. If you're seeking a prime location and comfort in Batumi, we highly recommend Natia's place.

House was really nice and clean I was with my family and we really enjoyed

The apartment is very cozy and clean, exactly as pictured. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea, with shops, a restaurant, and cafes nearby. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive, always available, and gave us many useful recommendations for the city. He even met us with our suitcases upon arrival and took us to the train when we left. Thank you so much! We were very satisfied and would gladly come again!

As in the photos. A small studio with an interesting design in the form of a "cave", as a result, it's a little dark. A small jacuzzi on the balcony works just fine(it is noticeable that it is new). A small tip for those who arrive early, and the previous guests have not yet left, 150 meters from the house, literally around the corner, there is a wonderful service (luggage storage).
