Very clean and well maintained rooms and all the amenities were there as per the description.

This place is value for the money charged with beautiful surroundings as seen from terrace. The direction given in Airbnb was not precise, so suggest contact owner beforehand and get map location. Auto rickshaw walas refuse to climb the last 120 meters so had to walk it out.

Sanjay was simply a fabulous host and made us feel as though we were a part of his family. His arrangements and recommendations of local eateries were spot on. As a group of senior citizens we enjoyed the beautiful view from his patio. As the property is a few km s from Mussourie it is serene and quiet. The Interior of the rooms were very tastefully decorated and even had small and interesting touches like plants in them. The bathrooms were clean and the towel warmer was very welcome. We would gladly recommend this property to anyone going to Mussourie

I have been to a lot of Airbnbs & this was easily one of the most unusual ones. Reading the reviews I got to know there is some history associated with the place. Apparently,someone from a royal Nepal family relocated here way back in 1931 & spent the rest of his years at this place until his death in 1993. Our room didn't capture much of this history though,except for a booklet written in 1942. However,the dining room was full of stuff from the 20th century. We found a well maintained visitor book there. The place has been having visitors since over 60 years! Located in a village in Katapathar & about 400 m from Yamuna river,the property is an interesting relic of the past. It's great for someone looking to spend time away from the city. Though both of us felt that TV/free wi-fi can be provided. The caretakers were great & the food was fabulous. We had a good time at the place.

We were there for 2 days and it was great. The place was clean and peaceful. The host was great, would definitely stay there again.

The place is soo quiet and cozy.... location of the stay was perfect for George everest hike and paragliding for us....and the helper shubam was always a call away!

Rajesh is an amazing host. we had such a great time at the listing. It is very close to the main market and Rajesh was our point of contact. The food was really good and staff were amazing . If Rajesh lets us, we will always come back here if in Tapovan ❤️

The Guest house is just as mentioned in the description - serene, calm, centrally located and radiating with positive energy. I would like to thank the monks for the wonderful hospitality that was shown. Highly recommend it to the seeker and those wishing to experience a comfortable stay along their spiritual journey.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful, clean, and very well connected to nature . A perfect for a peaceful getaway. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The stay is surrounded by trees. Even though it's right on the highway, the cottages are deep enough, you won't hear the vehicles. Both the host and the staff were super sweet, the food was good, and they gave us this complementary juice made of some local flower which was absolutely delicious. The pool was clean and overall property is well maintained. The internet can be a bit laggy, but if you are not working remotely, then the stay is perfect.

A beautiful hotel, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is really a very good option. Had dinner, the prices were very reasonable in such a nice hotel. And Jasmeet ji's friendly nature is very good, he helped us in everything, thank you very much, I will definitely come back.

Great place

This place is more than what it looks like. The surrounding of this place is worth paying for. The best part of this place is the 24/7 service and the staff. This was my third trip to Rishikesh and I would highly recommend this place to the people commuting by their own vehicles. Rooms were well maintained and clean.

Great place for all types of travelers, including solo, couple, friend groups, and families. Very intimate setting, close to nature, great for hiking or walking on forest trails. Local restaurants are good, and if need be the on-site manager also makes great food.

Our first visit to Mussoorie/Landour was made truly memorable by being based at Annfield Cottage. The room was spacious, beautifully designed & equipped and spotlessly clean, our hosts and their staff looked after our every need, advising on places to visit, helping with taxis etc. And a special mention for the food which was delicious - especially the evening meals. Highly recommended!

The stay had beautifully designed vintage-themed rooms, giving a nostalgic feel while maintaining cleanliness—both rooms and washrooms were spotless. The soothing kukudu sounds in the morning added a natural touch, and the view from the café was lovely. Breakfast was good and included, but dinner was average. The location is convenient—very close to Doma’s Inn for thukpas and Korean food, and Char Dukan is about a 20-25 minute walk. The only downside was the poor sound cancellation; noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable. However, the staff was extremely polite and welcoming, making the overall experience pleasant.

Three of us went to experience pristine mountains and this home stay made it super simple and matched all our expectations and best part : in budget. Good and helpful staff. Great location. Fast service and very responsive host. Thank you for having us.

Ilona was very welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The onsite café is very good, particularly the hot lemon and ginger. She recommended Dr Usha for ayurvedic massages and we were very impressed with the first sp we went back for another the next day. Also, she helped us to get the best route to visit Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's ashram. The Beatles café is very close by, with very good food. Highly recommended.

It was great stay , View is Awesome . food is also Fresh and tasty, I only faced problem because of No Warm water for bath.
