Cool temperature in the accommodation during hot weather. Direct access to Brison-St Innocent beach - 200 m walk and many activities nearby summer and winter. Quiet studio at the gates of Annecy

New 25 m2 studio near Annecy and at the start of the Bauges Natural Park. It has an ideal location, being close to the highways while enjoying the calmness of the countryside. Close to an equestrian center, many hikes, 2 km from pretty villages with all shops. It is located 15 minutes from Annecy, 25 minutes from Aix-les-Bains and 30 minutes from the ski resorts. It has an exterior with access to the pool, private parking space and bike/ski room.

Very nice wooden chalet 50m2,near Annecy

The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.

Pretty extension between lakes and mountains

Between Lake Bourget and Mont Revard, in a quiet environment, you can enjoy recent and very comfortable accommodation, consisting of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. You are 20 minutes from the Revard station, a family alpine ski resort and the largest French cross-country ski area (140 km of slopes). You are also 20 minutes from Lake Bourget (the largest natural lake in France), and Aix les Bains, 30 minutes from Chambéry and Annecy.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

La Grange de Capucine, a cottage with character

Warm comfortable cottage 110 m2, large terrace(100 m2) and private garden. (600 m2). In an old renovated farmhouse, this cottage can accommodate 6–8 people (with 2 bunk beds). It is located in the natural park of the Bauges mountain range, between the lakes of Annecy and Aix-les-Bains (20 min). It is close to many hikes and from many bike and mountain bike tours. It is also 30 min. from 3 ski resorts.
