Fantastic location and space. It is bigger and more spacious than the pictures! Very clean, very safe and loved the porch.

The apartment was beautiful, cozy and comfortable. It was truly a home away from home. Anything you could possibly need or want was at your finger tips. It was great fun finding all the treasures that graced the beautiful decor. We especially enjoyed the quite times we able to enjoy, relaxing in the apartment.

My daughter and I stayed here during her tour of Lawrence University, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment is a lovely, cozy two-bedroom with soft beds and a comfortable, homey feel. We appreciated having a kitchen to make breakfast and snacks stocked in the fridge. Communication was excellent—we received helpful texts after booking, before arrival, before checkout, and even after our stay. The instructions were clear and included photos, which made everything easy. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk to Lawrence, with the museum and performing arts theater along the way. Since we’re not used to the cold, we ended up driving—just a quick 5-minute trip. It's also close to shopping like Ross, TJ Maxx, Walmart, and Costco, which was super convenient. If my daughter decides to attend Lawrence, I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hector’s place. A fully stocked kitchen (lots of very nice dinnerware/drinkware and kitchen gadgets) plus a container with coffee, cream, oatmeal etc was available (nice touch). The bathroom was stocked with all the necessities and great linens. The neighborhood is very peaceful and I enjoyed coffee in the morning on the deck outside. The neighborhood feels very safe. I had never used the August app to gain entry before, that was very straight forward and easy to use. The unit is so nicely decorated, made for a comfortable stay. The owners were very responsive, a message to them through the app was responded to immediately. The location is perfect, quick car ride to the downtown area and very quick access to the interstate. I would certainly return to this home upon my next visit.

We had a lovely stay! As a family of six, we felt we had a truly inviting home to land each night as we were in town for an event. It was cozy and charming and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and it was so neat to drive past all of those historic Neenah houses so close by. If we have more events in Neenah, we would definitely stay here again!

Our daughter was getting married in town & we needed a place that allowed dogs. The house had a fenced in yard & was perfect! It is so cute & clean and modern. Loved it!! Stephanie also was kind enough to let us know we could check in early and no rush to check out. We really appreciated that because there was alot we had to do and it made everything else easier. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and quiet neighborhood all contributed to a pleasant week-long stay. Very clean. Items in the kitchen for meal preparation were limited compared to other airbnbs we’ve stayed, and I’ve shared suggestions with the host. Danielle was welcoming and easy to communicate with. Off street parking a welcome bonus that made for easy unloading and loading of travel gear.

Very accommodating, very clean and the beds were top-tier comfort!! The hot cocoa stand with the complimentary protein bars were a hit!!

Really nice space to stay for a few days, nice kitchen space with all necessities for cooking. Loved the keyless entry!! Near grocery stores and pharmacy. Would recommend and will return.

Had a great vacation here! The condo is very roomy. It had everything we needed for cooking most meals here. The laundry facility in the condo came in handy! Enjoyed the back patio, the grill, the pool, pickleball, golf, boating and fishing! Thanks for great hospitality!

Beautiful place and very close to downtown. They let us know in advance that the hot tub would not be available but the pool would be, which was very appreciated.

Great location and loved that waterpark passes were included. Check in process was a little confusing to find. Room was as described and clean. Able to walk to waterpark indoors (no need to walk outside). Different setup than other Airbnb I have visited, as resort handled the most issues and would pick up garbage and questions, etc. Mandeep was friendly and quick to respond but was redirected to resort for most questions. Would definitely stay again. Resort was also just outside city- a little quieter and would love to enjoy all the summer amenities as well. For being spring break and busy season- we found waterpark to not be that busy.
