Vacation rentals with breakfast in Cha-am

A lovely place to stay near the beach, perfect for a peaceful getaway from the city. The area is calm and serene, and the resort is run by Christian missionaries, ensuring it’s well-maintained. It can accommodate around 60 people, making it ideal for small groups. The resort features a pool and a dining area. Breakfast is provided by the caretaker, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. The host was incredibly supportive and actively engaged with us. He was polite, accommodating, and went out of his way to ensure our comfort. He provided us with detailed information and even suggested a few nearby places to visit. He was attentive to our preferences and took great care of us throughout our stay.

Host was very responsive and helpful especially with the digital lock. Place is spacious, clean and great for a family getaway!

It was a nice and relaxing time in the accommodation. It is very clean and the place is nestled in a green landscape. I felt very comfortable there. What is also generally worth mentioning is that the area is far away from the nearest restaurants, supermarkets, etc., and there are also many large dogs on the beach. I can recommend the property and would stay there again.

Our stay with Bancha has been just perfect!! The villa looks exactly like the pictures and the housekeeper is very friendly and service minded. All in all, 10/10 experience.

This place is amazing. It is a peaceful relaxing environment super close to the beach. Everything is super clean, the food is great, the room is very spacious, nice balcony to watch the sunset. Dom and his family are incredibly kind and welcoming. There’s a washing machine, kitchen, fridge in your room, and a swimming pool. This place is not for partying as it is a quiet remote area. It is however 10-15min ride to the busier areas. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. Super happy!

Had some difficulty getting hold of the host when I was checking in. I got to Hua Hin quite late so that may have been a reason, but it worked out in the end. The woman who helped at the front desk was really nice & the room was clean & nice.

Chrisy has been a friendly and accommodating host. The condo is clean and feels like home. Just have to cross the road and I am at the beach.

We stayed here for the second time. The place is conveniently located — everything is easy to reach: 7-Eleven, the beach, malls. The accommodation is well-equipped with everything you need for remote work, cooking, and cleaning. It's also very clean and cozy. The place is quiet — no screaming kids, loud music, or crazy parties. You're more likely to see some elderly people relaxing in the swimming pool or sitting on a chair with a beer. The owner is very friendly and caring. The same two pleasant security gentlemen who worked here two years ago are still here. They are very friendly too. I definitely recommend staying here.

Not bad.

Our family spent two nights at this property and we absolutely loved it. The space may seem small at first glance but it is very functional. This property is definitely not your typical one or two bedroom apartment. We loved the concept of containers beautifully stacked and connected to create the living space literally 20 feet from the ocean water during high tide. The Japanese breakfast was also a very pleasant surprise! Overall I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront gateway to try this place out. You won’t be disappointed!

Very nice place to stay! i totally recommend, and the host made me feel like home and was helping me a lot, she even borrowed me her bike, which was very helpful to move in the city! very good 😃🙏
