Located close to the city center in Hua Hin, this is a community villa with 24-hour security guard. The villa covers an area of 580 square meters. There is a spacious double parking space in the courtyard, 400 square meters of super large garden space, tall coconut trees with green plants, forming a small garden oxygen bar, green plant area, BBQ area, swimming pool area, outdoor recreation area. Double pool design, salt water circulation system (4 * 8m main pool + 2 * 4.6m children's pool). The indoor oversized living room has a ceiling height of 3.3m, 200° wide-angle floor-to-ceiling windows, wide view, transparent and bright, simple and comfortable. All four terraced bedrooms have pool and garden views.
