The living room opens onto a pleasant terrace on stilts which offers a beautiful view of the garden. Close to basic shops, the cottage is ideally located to discover the must-see sites and places of the department: Suisse-Normande 10 min away, Falaise and its Ducal castle 25 min away, the beaches of the Côte de Nacre 35 min away and Caen - regional capital - 25 min.

The accommodation consists of a room with an equipped kitchenette and a sleeping area with a pull-out bed. A large covered jacuzzi to enjoy in all weather, an outdoor shower and a hidden sauna near the stream. A large terrace with fire pit/bbq overlooks the pond where you can take a boat ride. 45 minutes from the landing beaches.

This is a studio with a living/dining room equipped with a sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom (toilet, shower, sink), a mezzanine bedroom (bed 190*140, storage for clothing). TV, radio, Wi-Fi and washing machine, possibility to park The accommodation is at the end of a fully renovated 18th century farmhouse. It is located in the heart of the Swiss Normandy, 25 minutes from Caen.
