Nature getaway in Suisse Normande near Caen

Ideal vacation home to enjoy the surrounding nature and visit historic sites. The cottage is adjoining our house. On the first floor, it has a living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, and on the second floor, it has 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed measuring 140 cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 convertible 80-cm single beds, each with its own bathroom and toilet, as well as a small office area. You have a sunny terrace with access to the owners’ garden (table tennis table). Baby amenities upon request.

Built in the 17th century, this half-timber house is located in the city center of Livarot, the birthplace of the wooden cheese box and Livarot cheese. Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay in the countryside is within walking distance, including restaurants, groceries, shops, and local sights. Accessible from Paris by train in less than 2 hours, we are located just 20 min by car from the SNCF Gare de Lisieux train station. The coast and beach are 53 km (50 min by car) at Deauville.

Old house full of charm in the countryside close to the landing beaches (6 km). Right next to Bayeux with its famous tapestry (3 km). Private garden and enclosed in the sun all day. On the edge of the village with grocery store that also makes bakery and restaurant. 20 minutes from Caen , its Abbeys and Peace Memorial. Easy access for the Ouistreham ferry to England or Carpiquet airport. 7 minutes to Bayeux train station, direct train to Paris. Vintage furniture and creations.

At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a Caen stone farmhouse. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, along the road. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000 m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciated!

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Spacious and comfortable, for a good vacation, well placed for bike rides, more than 200 km of greenway. Entertainment on the Orne: swimming, pedal boat, boat, canoe, restaurants by the water. You can discover Normandy Switzerland, the landing beaches, the Bayeux tapestry etc... The accommodation is impeccable but you should know that the exteriors are not yet finished which favors an attractive price.

Appartement situé face à la mer , vous allez admirer l'arrivée et la sortie des bateaux de pêche. Les jetées vous attendent pour pêcher le poisson à la canne. La plage se dévoile à marée basse. Vous pouvez pêcher des coquillages (moules et bigorneaux) à chaque marée basse. Dépaysement total, Calme assuré avec le bruit des vagues qui vous berce, Ambiance très conviviale et cocooning. Port en Bessin est situé au milieu des plages du débarquement.
