This cottage is exactly what you hope to find on airbnb. Beautifully appointed with simple, high quality furnishings, and lots of personal touches. There is plenty of space for two families and lots of toys. The large enclosed garden is great to run around in, the fire is cosy and David the host was incredibly kind and responsive. The area is lovely and we joined some locals in the pub for Mikuláš one evening during our stay. We were delighted with our stay and would definitely return.

The place perfectly matched the description, had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and felt like a home away from home. Suzy is a wonderful host, and Vlada was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The apartment is in a beautifully restored building, situated in a quiet and peaceful village. There are green meadows and a pine forest nearby, which made it a lovely spot to relax and enjoy nature. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Roubenka v Horách splnila naše očekávání, vše bylo připravené na náš příjezd, veškeré zařízení bylo plně funkční a přispělo k naší krásné dovolené u Lipenské přehrady. Určitě se rádi vrátíme a ubytování doporučujeme. Jana je jako hostitel skvělá, odpovídá téměř okamžitě a je nápomocná.

Von Beginn an fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Mein persönliches Highlight ist die Sauna bei Mondschein gewesen. Kinder erfreuten sich an den Haustieren, die uns hier und da besuchten, mit Kamin im Zimmer waren die kalten Abende sehr kuschelig. Auch nach drei Tagen entdeckte ich Kleinigkeiten im Interieur, die mich entzückten. Die Aussicht aus der Terrasse ist herrlich und die Lage extrem ruhig. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur sehr empfehlen.

Velmi příjemná chatička v dokonalé přírodě. Moc nás potěšila kombinace "obyčejné malé chatky" a moderně řešených společenských prostor (dobře prosvětlené, prostorné, vzdušné), či dvou oddělených ložnic. Lokalita nabízí spoustu vycházek v okolí a turistických výletů v dojezdové vzdálenosti.

Ein wunderschönes altes restauriertes Häuschen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt alles was man braucht und die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt aber nicht einen kurzen Fußweg von Cesky Krumlov entfernt wie angegeben. Es sind 14 km. Am Ende waren wir aber froh, denn es war sehr ruhig und idyllisch

Tolles Haus, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren 2 Familien mit einem kleinen Kind, die Ausstattung war für Kleinkinder ein Traum. Der Garten lädt zum Entspannen und Spielen ein. Das Zentrum und alle Aktivitäten sind super mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben die Woche im Chalet sehr genossen und würden immer wieder kommen.

Great hosts. Very nice farmhouse. Tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there. The village offers a quiet environment. Perfect for relaxing. Also for our little dog. There were no problems between our dog and the hosts' dogs. We had a relaxing vacation and a good time. Thank you very much.

The house is situated in an idilic, calm and remote area in a forest next to beautiful lake and creek. Its is very well equipped and can host 5 couples without a problem. Its also very well suited for families that like it stressess. The communication worked fine despite the language barrier. We had a wonderful stay in Kamilla's house and hope to return in the near future.

Ein wunderschönes Haus für die ganze Familie! Wir waren zu viert 10 Tage über Silvester im Haus von Suzy. Es war genau wie wir es uns erhofft hatten und sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Viel Platz im Haus, tolle Ausstattung, außerordentlich gepflegt und perfekt sauber. Von wunderbar bequemen Betten, über Spielzeug für die Kinder war an alles gedacht. Wirklich stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Küche komplett mit allem, was man braucht. Ein ganz besonderes Herzstück, was uns den Urlaub versüßt hat, war die Betreuung durch Vlada: ein herzliches Willkommen, immer da, wenn etwas unklar war, tolle Empfehlungen und er brachte uns den besten Fisch, den wir seit sehr langer Zeit hatten: aus seinem eigenen See! Die Gegend ist ebenfalls wunderschön und es gibt viel zu unternehmen. Genossen haben wir aber auch die Ruhe und Erholung.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber und gut vorbereitet, sodass wir unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen konnten. Jan war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns bei Jan, dass wir eine schöne Zeit verbringen durften.
