Accommodation suitable for a relaxing vacation, equipped with all services (unfortunately internet takes little). Communication with Tiziana is very effective. Beautiful surroundings, less than an hour from Urbino and twenty minutes from San Leo.

The apartment is as described in the listing. It is very lovingly and cozily furnished. As a welcome, there was an Easter cake baked by Giulia's mother on the table. The reception was warm, the check-in completely hassle-free and straightforward. The same applies to checkout. I can fully recommend this apartment. Giulia and her mother Giovanna are very helpful and nice. The apartment is a good starting point for activities in San Marino. You will also find restaurants and a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Thumbs up for everything and thank you for your warmth.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay and Christiano and Sara were both very friendly and helpful - the place is beautiful and Sara and Christiano have a shop with delikatesses just below the apartment which we also enjoyed during our stay. /Eva

Roberta's chalet is a delightful, quiet, and very comfortable place. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the woods and mountains.

great apartment, convenient for parking and close enough to the center. the most pleasing aspect was the solution for the bed: no blankets, bedspreads or duvets that can't be washed at each change of guests but a duvet cover, truly the only hygienic solution for the bed. congratulations!

My partner and I stayed in Marianna's apartment for a couple of days and had a great time, we felt at home. The apartment was clean and welcoming, it matched the photos and description in the listing exactly. We also particularly appreciated the breakfast provided. The area is quiet and central, you can easily get around on foot to visit the various monuments. Marianna was very nice and always proactive. Highly recommended stay, we will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was equipped with all the amenities that are rarely found including shampoo, bath foam, coffee, pasta etc.

Kind and thoughtful host, he also left everything you need for breakfast. Clean, comfortable apartment, also suitable for a family, equipped with plenty of linens and blankets, located in a quiet area but close enough to the historic center. The only flaw is perhaps the mattress, which is a little hard.

Nicoletta was very welcoming and accommodating. She was always responsive and proactive and made me feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast items and the bedroom was nice and cosy. Her place is about a thirty minute walk from the beach which you can get to by walking through the lovely Parco Fabbri and just a five minute walk from the house is Parco Giovanni Paolo II, which is a peaceful place to take a stroll by the lake. I will definitely be hoping to book the place again the next time I am in Rimini!

the place is nice with ample rooms everything works fine, very good amenities from Luigi. he was prompt to receive us, handed the keys over and sorted the place. the building has elevator so bringing luggage up and down was easy.

Letizia is a very accommodating host. Your accommodation is located in an idyllic property, is spacious and lovingly furnished. A private parking space right in front of the entrance was also available to me, as well as a remote control for the electronic roller door. Thanks to the extensive amenities, I lacked nothing and I felt very comfortable right away. Letizia's warm welcome consisted of providing me with a freshly baked traditional "Ciambella" cake. A nice gesture that I really appreciate! Heartfelt thanks and best wishes!

Manu is an excellent host and we had a fantastic stay. The property situated in a beautiful and peaceful setting and it’s a great base to explore the surrounding area. Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Very nice place to stay with a great and artistically designed room almost right on the beach. Roberto has been a super friendly and very nice host. The breakfast offered was super tasty and you had a lot of choice, also the cappuccino was great! We definitely recommend Roberto's place and would be happy to come back.

Very comfortable room in a very pretty establishment in a quiet and nice neighborhood, not far from the center. We stayed in a room for two people with a balcony. Gabriele was very helpful and friendly, made the best breakfast and also let us leave our luggage after check out so we could enjoy the city a bit more. If we ever get back to Ravenna will definitely prefer Gabriele's house. I undoubtedly recommend it!

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

Perfect stay, very nice and super central accommodation, really a great location

The arrival and getting to know each other were very warm. There were very delicious cakes and absolutely delicious fruits, as if freshly picked. The place was great and very clean. It's a correspondingly large apartment that met all our wishes. The highlight was of course the pool. What could be better than swimming a lap in the early morning, at lunchtime or late in the evening. Karl and his wife were very kind and accommodating. This is how my family and I imagine a vacation. Karl's home is also a great starting point for cultural activities, to Ravenna, Rimini or San Mareno. Thanks Karl!
