It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Lamya’s apartment in Paris. The place was absolutely beautiful – stylish, clean, and perfectly located. It truly felt like a home away from home. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights on our trip to Paris and we loved it. First off the location is perfect, it’s on a lively street with tons of cafes, food, bars, and restaurants. The train is easily accessible to multiple lines and was easy to navigate. The oldest pastry shop is also located on that street which is pretty cool. Manfred is a great host! Very warm, welcoming, and kind. He made it easy to check in and check out. He met us at the door and walked us up to the apartment. I really appreciate when hosts leave water bottles for us and he even went the extra mile and got us delicious chocolate and champagne. He’s very responsive as well. The place is a little small but that’s to be expected in Europe and it was enough space for the 2 of us. Very clean, had extra towels, and 10/10 we would recommend and stay there again. Thank you Manfred for a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Paris. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment is very tastefully decorated. Communication with the landlord was excellent, great tips were sent and questions were answered immediately. We were surprised upon arrival with a personal letter and a small gift. We would rent the apartment again.

What a fantastic host and property- the location was excellent, the 14th truly is a village within Paris. Beatrice was so helpful and her little apartment was the perfect base for us as we enjoyed Paris.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is very nice, it was very clean and had everything you needed. A big plus is the covered parking for the car. The area is quiet and wooded, there are several fast food restaurants just a few steps away. The train station is also a few minutes' walk away. Stephanie was very kind and responded to our messages very quickly. We definitely recommend it!

Great stay at Alexandre's, a little further from the center but really easy to access by public transit. Very clean, really happy to have known this quiet and safe neighborhood.

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

This is the second time I've stayed at Sylvio and Laetitia's apartment, everything was as good as the first time. Close to the train station, 10 minutes' walk, the shopping center is a stone's throw away. Sylvio and Laetitia are attentive, all the conditions were met to spend a great week. And they say: Never two without three 😉 Highly recommend this apartment.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. A pleasant and refreshing break close to Paris. Clean and well laid out accommodation, it feels good. Host hospitality and availability is a real plus, not to mention the Kili company!

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

A lovely stay in a beautiful place. Fabienne was accommodating and offered some fantastic recommendations of places to visit (Chateau de Pierrefonds and pedalos on the lake was a great day out!). Highly recommended.

Super helpful, kind host, always responded immediately to our questions. Large house and equipped with everything you need. We had a great time . The only difficulty is the absence of a nearby subway, although there are many buses in the area.
