Andres is a fantastic host and chef! I felt very welcome from the beginning, the room and the garden are fabulous and you should not miss out on having lunch and/or dinner at his restaurant (great vegan and vegetarian options)! The place is very clean and spacious, Wi-Fi is stable and everyone is very helpful and lovely. Next time I’ll be staying longer!

I've been hitting Airbnb's in Bolivia and especially in Cochabamba for five years now. I'm not afraid to say that Natalia's and her lovely family's "duplex" house is the best place I've been so far. Big, double floor, clean, comfortable, well equipped. I felt at home. Indeed, I extended my stay of a week. Although a bit dark in the afternoon, I used the dining room to work in the afternoon and the comfy living room to relax in the evening. Communication with Natalia was fast and stable. She also helped out with a couple requested I made. The location is unbeatable. I hope I'll find this Airbnb available next time I come around Cocha!

Mirian is a wonderful host who is really welcoming, friendly and has thought of everything to accommodate guests. The property is private and spacious and really well designed. I felt right at home here. The centre of Cochabamba is an inexpensive taxi ride away.

Very nice location, many coffee shops & restaurants literally right outside the door. Very clean with excellent accommodations and everything was in working order. Host was awesome and responsive. I will definitely book this unit on my next trip to Cochabamba.

Guillermo's apartment is brand new, furnished with luxury. New and ultra modern equipped kitchen, new and comfortable beds. Ultra-modern bathroom design. Smart TVs in every bedroom. Tastefully furnished living room. We do not see it in the listing but from the living room there is an unobstructed view of the city, the surrounding mountains and the statue of the Cristo de la Concordia, which is lit at night, it is very beautiful. The neighborhood is very quiet. The building where the apartment is located, the Torre Olympia is brand new. Secure with a caretaker at the reception. There are common areas on the roof: a swimming pool, a children's play area, outdoor lounges and large laundry racks very convenient. The place is great to have a 360 degree view of the city and the mountains and see a sunset. Communication with Guillermo was easy and effective. he is very committed to making us feel at home and responded effectively to any questions we had.

Freddy's apartment is very well located close to everything you might need without having to drive. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you might need for a short or long stay. The security staff was very friendly and helpful, they found me a parking space for the duration of my stay at a very reasonable price. The apartment and parking offer great value in the area compared to other alternatives. I will definitely come back if the apartment is available

I stayed for a month and was very happy with my stay. The area is beautiful, there were lots of options for going out, and there's a beautiful park right outside. The condo offered a Jacuzzi and sauna. The Jacuzzi was cold both times that we used it, but still really nice. I wasn't well informed on their trash policy, or location, but was politely informed on their trash rules. I was also asked to keep it down after 10, which is reasonable, although, I didn't realize we were loud. There was a TV in our room which the host kindly connected to Netflix for us. The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would book here again.
