Comfortable and quiet place that meets all the services and needs

He didn't describe the number of people that should be staying there after I reserved the apartment. I had that inconvenience about the people that can be visiting me. There is construction, and it is noisy. The building is dirty and requires maintenance!! The apartment is ok.

The apartment is nice and large enough to feel like home. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and is very comfortable. Internet works great. There is a beautiful park named “La Pólvora” (The powder) about 3 minutes walking distance in case you like running or exercise. I strongly recommend this place. The price was also great. Apartment with everything you need to rest, they leave towels, soaps, kitchen items (everything you need to prepare something). Shared garage, but clearly divided. Very clear instructions and notices in the apartment

The place is very well connected, it's easy to get anywhere from there. The spaces are spacious, well-lit and the decor is tasteful. The whole apartment is air-conditioned, it has all the furniture almost new and of very good quality. Communication with the managers is smooth, they are super attentive to resolve any situation. The parking is closed, you can leave the vehicle without any worries. There is a very large park a few steps away for jogging or walking the dog. The only thing that could be improved, but does not depend on them at all, is that there is no convenience store nearby, so it is necessary to order through Uber eats.

The only thing I would recommend is that the window in the room be fitted with a curtain, because if you are very sensitive to outside light when sleeping, you may have a problem.
