La llegada, muy fácil, la Estancia,. Maravillosa, todo muy cerca de lo necesario. Ampliamente. Recomendable. La atención, insuperable. Estamos muy agradecidos.

Un lugar muy bonito, tranquilo y cómodo, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Muy recomendable si llevas mascotas, ya que el patio es muy amplio y debido a su increíble ubicación hay parques y muchos espacios tranquilos para salir a caminar y también para conocer y comer.

la casa es ideal para pasar unos dias en Mérida,, cerca del centro, del paseo montero y a su vez muy tranquila y permite descansar muy bien. La alberca increible para refrescarse!

We found our dream accommodation at Casa del Árbol! The house is spacious, perfect for our family of four, and the private Chukum pool was a highlight. It’s not huge, but perfect for cooling off in Mérida’s heat. The house is beautifully renovated, with stylish yet practical furnishings – you can tell a lot of thought went into it. Everything worked perfectly, from the Wi-Fi and air conditioning to the kitchen appliances. Despite booking on the same day, the house was thoroughly cleaned and ready for us. We also got to meet the host, Jerome, who was there at the time. He was friendly and welcoming, and gave us lots of helpful tips. Communication was smooth and easy. While the city center is walkable, we mostly used Uber with our two kids, which was convenient.The neighborhood felt safe and calm, and we always felt comfortable. After a not-so-great experience with another place in Mérida, this was exactly what needed.

The street where it’s located may be a little noisy during the afternoon, but it did not bother me. It is very quiet at night, and so are the neighbors. No problem falling or staying asleep. The kitchen has everything you need to make a nice dinner, and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. It is located near very good restaurants, bars, and other places of interest.

Nos gustó mucho la casa. Estaba muy limpia y ordenada; además de que tenía todo lo necesario. Para la llegada fue fácil ya que nos dio toda la instrucciones y no tuvimos ningún problema, la comunicación fue muy efectiva y rápida. Sin duda lo recomiendo y regresaré

The place was incredibly cozy, with all new furniture and a perfectly quiet bedroom. It was such a pleasure to stay there. We’d happily come back again! Cafés were just a 7-minute walk away — everything was perfect.

Die Wohnung von Moraiama ist einzigartig durch die hohen Räume und die Grosszügigkeit der Räume, wie auch durch die geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Fantastisch! Wir hätten gut viel länger bleiben können. Unsere Erwartungen waren bei weitem übertroffen 🙏

Very cool, restored old house. Nice little pool in a private, walled backyard. Loved the airy living room and courtyard, where there is a hammock and a fountain. Fans and ACs in all the rooms work great. All the rooms have bathrooms.

El alojamiento muy lindo muy tranquilo, todo estaba excelente, lo único malo fue que nos falló la electricidad, pero se tuvo solución al momento de ahí en fuera todo estuvo excelente. Y también nos dimos cuenta que por las noches se baja un poco la luz.

El lugar es muy bonito, a mi familia le gustó, cada espacio está diseñado de forma especial mezclando lo antiguo con lo moderno. Muy buen recibimiento y siempre las instrucciones claras.

Es un lugar muy lindo y limpio, ideal para quedarte si quieres disfrutar la zona de Paseo Montejo y pasar un rato agradable. las habitaciones muy lindas y la casa muy agradable. La alberca está increíble para los niños. Gran lugar para pasar unas lindas vacaciones.

it was a perfect place for us, everything in a walking distance, quiet place to sleep at night. Host always answered any question /comment. If we come back to Merida definitely this will be the place.

Disfrutamos al máximo la estancia!! Una casa con muchos detalles, habitaciones cómodas... El patio muy amplio, y con vegetación. La piscina de muy buen tamaño, limpia excelente para no querer salir de ella! En general todo estuvo perfecto. La atención de Jorge y Elva fue increíble, super atentos y muy amables!!! Sin duda regresaremos!!! Muchas gracias Jorge y Elva!

This is our third trip to Janet's home. The pool is outstanding. We used the outside during most of the trip and spent many hours in the very private pool. The home is generously sized and the host was very responsive and was helpful with a solution when we asked for help twice. Groceries and restaurants were within a few blocks walk. We recommend this place for others and will definitely be back!

Todo estuvo bien solo os zona si está un poco sucia las calles y se ve como abandonada la zona.

I had a great stay at Luis’s place! The house was spacious, very clean, and located in a safe and quiet street. The AC worked perfectly which made the whole stay really comfortable. Having TVs throughout the house was a nice touch, and it was super convenient to have access to laundry. Luis was a responsive and helpful host. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Suelo viajar a todos lados junto a mis perros, y ya que estos no son de raza pequeña, suele ser difícil encontrar lugares donde puedan quedarse un par de horas solos y en casa Omaba eso no fue un problema. Tienen un patio trasero con sombra y completamente cerrado. Además de eso la casa es completamente como se ve en las fotos, muy cómoda y a pocas cuadras del centro.
