Aan de rand van het centrum staat een historisch huis, een van de weinige in zijn soort. Volledig gerestaureerd en met behoud van zijn authentieke details. Je verblijft in een van de oudste buurten van Malaga. Het stadscentrum ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen en strand een 20 minuten. Supermarkten en kleine winkeltjes liggen op steenworp afstand. Ook vind je er een gezellige markthal waar locals hun vlees, vis, groenten en fruit halen.
