The house consists of: on the ground floor entrance, living room (23 m2), equipped kitchen (10 m2), toilet and bathroom. You access the 1st floor by a staircase (16 steps) arriving on a corridor, a 1st bedroom of 9 m2 with a double bed (140 × 190) and a 2nd bedroom of 13 m2 with double bed (160 × 190)

It is located close to the city center, St Roch train station, Parc de la Hotoie, 5 minutes' walk from the zoo and close to all amenities. it has a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook, a tassimo coffee maker, microwave, fridge, dishes, saucepan, stove etc... No oven or freezer. Sofa bed with real mattresses. Small outdoor terrace. Internet access. Access is autonomous thanks to a key box.

Fully-equipped and completely independent 13 m2 studio on the terrace of the private residence including: a kitchen equipped with dining area (induction stove, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine with pods, microwave and cooking utensils), a single bed, a shower, a toilet, a sink, a TV and good speed WiFi thanks to an adapter. The studio has a radiator, linens and towels included. Free parking in the quiet and well-lit street.
