Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Centre Ville, Aix-en-Provence

J'ai passé une super semaine dans l'appartement de Caroline et Rebecca. L'appartement a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et est joliment meublé. L'emplacement est super central. bel appartement en plein cœur d Aix en Provence. proche à pieds de tous les services Florence est très accueillante et prévenante attention car l appartement est dans un quartier très animé et bruillant (bars et boîte de nuit à côté), heureusement Florence prévoit des bouchons d oreille pour passer une bonne nuit

Super séjour dans l’appartement de Stéphanie dans lequel j’ai habité 7 mois. L’appartement est idéalement localisé, propre, fonctionnel et la résidence très agréable. Stéphanie est très disponible et sympathique, je recommande 😊

Place was comfortable and a perfect base to explore not only Aix but surrounding areas. We would definitely consider coming back.

Great place, would stay again. Despite a central location, it was very quiet at night with comfy beds. Pros: - great location, near our favorite restaurant for the trip (Licandro) - the outdoor patio was perfect and we would book for this alone if in Aix again; perfect private area for snacks, a bottle of wine after day of sightseeing - washer and dryer are separate devices which worked well - kitchen, shower areas, living room were nicely decorated - great deal Cons: - up several flights without lift; we only had carry on bags but would have been tough if had large, checked bags - had 2 bathrooms, but only one toilet; fine for our family of 3 but would have been difficult if 2 families traveling together or more ppl Make sure to stay for the market on Saturday, a highlight of our trip.

le logement est idéalement placé . centre ville où nous sommes déplacées à pied. restaurants à proximité excellents, ainsi que proche d'une supérette. le logement est très agréable, lumineux et calme. tous les équipement sont adaptés. la.literie est très confortable. nous vous conseillons cet appartement qui permet de circuler dans le cœur d’aix à pied.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Herzen von Aix-en-Provence und ist wirklich in allen Aspekten nur zu empfehlen! Neben der Lage ist vor allem die großartige Ausstattung zu erwähnen, da einem alles geboten wird was man während seinem Aufenthalt brauchen könnte!

Very nice and clean house

Madame Annie Laty ist super sympa! Sie war auch sehr unkompliziert und kinderfreundlich. Sie hat uns sehr familiär empfangen und war sehr gut erreichbar für Tips und Hilfe. Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl. Besser geht es nicht. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen mit einem wunderschön gepflegten Garten. Der Pool-Bereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Lage ist toll, ruhig und doch nahe zu allem; auch zum Meer fährt man nur 40 Minuten. Wir freuen uns, Frau Latys Haus in Zukunft wieder mal zu besuchen.

Très belle maison, fonctionnelle et de beaux espaces extérieurs. Les salles de bains sont d’époque mais ça n’a pas été un problème. La piscine est parfaite, même le voisinage est sympa. Très bon accueil de Ghislaine qui a été arrangeante et disponible. Merci pour l’accueil ☀️

La villa est une pépite à 5min à pieds du centre ville d'Aix, conforme à la description et aux photos. Les places de parking disponibles sont un gros atout pour une location à plusieurs avec véhicules. L'accueil avec Emma de la conciergerie a été super: amicale, réactive et flexible, ce qui a été très appréciable. Nous reviendrons très certainement !

Très bonnes vacances passées chez Alicia et Romain. Alicia nous a chaleureusement acceuillis dans le logement. La maison est très charmante, avec ce qu'il faut comme commerces à proximité. Concernant les enfants, c'est vraiment le top, tout est sur place, un vrai paradis ! (jouets, piscine...)

We had a wonderful stay in Shaun and Eric's apartment. It was spotless and free of clutter. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the appliances are top-notch. Although there are only two air conditioning units (one in the living room/kitchen area and the other in the hallway leading to the back bedrooms, the air conditioning is effective to cool all the rooms. It was quite hot while we were there and we occasionally used one of the three fans as a supplement to the AC, but never felt uncomfortable for a moment. Shaun and Eric were incredibly responsive when we had a problem with one of the showers. They had a plumber out immediately and within hours he had installed a new set of faucets and we were back in business. We've spent several weeks in Aix at two other apartments and like this location the best. It is close to the outdoor markets and to the Cours Mirabeau yet it is very quiet. We couldn't have been happier. This was our second stay here and will not be our last.

We had a great stay at Catherine & Philippe’s. They are great hosts and their place is very nice and quiet. It’s family friendly and only a few minutes away from shops or town (Aix en Provence is about 20min away). We can definitely recommend their place.

Logement agréable, propre, calme, confortable. Mention spéciale pour les propriétaires très réactifs, gentils, et qui ont rendu mon arrivée et mon séjour formidables. Évidemment, la voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer. Je reviendrai c’est sûr!!

A great apartment, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Etienne was helpful, gave us a lot of information at checkin and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a beautiful forest walk a couple of minutes away. Highly recommend this apartment!

Petit studio dans une résidence tourisme au calme, un peu excentré de Aix-en-Provence. Très joliment décoré et confortable bien que pas très lumineux. La petite terrasse devant fait partie de la grande terrasse de l'étage donc pas hyper intime mais en bout d'étage donc tranquille malgré tout. Tout ce qu'il faut dans le studio et même quelques condiments pour se faire à manger et des produits de toilette. Tout était propre et bien rangé.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans un environnement calme et paisible ! De nombreuses balades à faire ds le coin et accès à Aix en 10 min ! Merci à Eliette et son fils, qui ont été des hôtes accueillants et très sympathiques ! Je vous recommande cette adresse !

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits et nous avons adoré. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 adolescents agés de 11 et 14 ans. Le cadre était idyllique et très reposant. L'appartement était parfait (propre et bien équipé) et l'hôte très actif. Le matelas sur le canapé était excellent. Nous avions laissé la chambre aux enfants. Nous n'avons qu'un seul regret qui est que nous aurions dû rester plus longtemps tellement nous nous y sentions bien. C'est certain nous reviendrons 😊
