We had a wonderful stay in Shaun and Eric's apartment. It was spotless and free of clutter. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the appliances are top-notch. Although there are only two air conditioning units (one in the living room/kitchen area and the other in the hallway leading to the back bedrooms, the air conditioning is effective to cool all the rooms. It was quite hot while we were there and we occasionally used one of the three fans as a supplement to the AC, but never felt uncomfortable for a moment. Shaun and Eric were incredibly responsive when we had a problem with one of the showers. They had a plumber out immediately and within hours he had installed a new set of faucets and we were back in business. We've spent several weeks in Aix at two other apartments and like this location the best. It is close to the outdoor markets and to the Cours Mirabeau yet it is very quiet. We couldn't have been happier. This was our second stay here and will not be our last.

We were 2 couples that stayed at Marjorie’s place. She was communicative from the beginning and throughout our stay as well as accomodating and helpful. Even when she was going through something difficult with her family, she did not cancel our stay and made sure we would be able to check in. Her place was a quick walk from the train station and she provided instructions on how to find her building. The city center is also only a few blocks away which was very convenient. There is also parking available in front of the building. We would not hesitate to book this place again!

Very nice apartment in a very good location, in a secure building, very clean and nicely decorated. Very functional. Warm decor with pretty pastel colors and wood material, without being overloaded. We appreciate the large terrace and the brightness of the rooms. The location is great, close to everything, including expressways. Alice is very responsive and pleasant. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Aix-en-Provence! The location is ideal – just minutes from the city center and perfect for exploring the city's cultural highlights. The apartment itself is very spacious and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. We particularly liked the large living room, where we could relax in the evening, and the well-equipped kitchen. Free parking within the residence is a big plus, especially if you are traveling by car. Despite the proximity to the highway, it was pleasantly quiet thanks to the double-glazed windows. Overall, a highly recommended place for those visiting Aix-en-Provence!

A cozy studio in perfect condition and very well equipped in a quiet residence ideally located 200 m from the bus station and 100 m from the theaters (La Manufacture, Grand Théâtre de Provence, etc.) and a few minutes' walk from the city center. Access is autonomous with very clear explanations from the owner who is available and easily reachable. There is also a parking lot. Yes, a gem.

We came on the weekend of January 10-12, 2025 to participate in seminars in the area. A nice apartment, well located and with all the amenities we needed. We were received by the hostess's dad who waited for us despite our late check-in time. He gave us a full tour of the apartment and was really very kind. A very nice welcome. Thank you very much for the attention paid and the welcome drink. The apartment was great, everything you needed was there for a pleasant stay (small equipment, bath service, etc.).

We loved this little apartment with it's beautiful view over the city (especially during sunset). The city center was easily walkable. Great to have a dishwasher and a washing machine, fast internet, comfortable bed, efficient host (Thanks, Stéphanie!). We will definitely return.
