Vacation rentals with a patio in Centre Ville, Aix-en-Provence

We enjoyed our stay here! The apartment felt very safe and in a walkable location to the historic town center - a little less than 15mins. The walk itself felt safe, too. The included parking spot in the garage below was incredibly convenient! The shutters on the balcony made for a completely dark and peaceful space for sleeping, and with white noise from our phones, we weren’t bothered at all by any street noise! Would definitely stay here again!

This place is phenomenal! Perfect location right in aix city center, able to walk everywhere. The house itself is unbelievable. Clean, so thoughtfully decorated, so much space to spread out for our family. We loved the spa and sauna! Anne Claire and her team were so helpful and accommodating with check in/out and light cleaning daily. In all- wonderful, perfect, loved it!! 100% recommend!

We had a great stay at Tom's apartment. It has everything you might need, great terrace and it is well located. Tom was really nice, provided all needed details, advised us on the local places and was always available. Thank you 🙏

The apartment is quiet and very private. Kate was very responsive-when we needed some basic things, she brought them over right away. The parking wasn't so easy. The nearest parking was across the street and was free, but was nearly always full. We were lucky- and diligent - to find a spot (and were reluctant to leave it!) Otherwise you're going to be about 5 mins away or more, walking, and pay up to €11/day. Luckily, overnight parking is free, but it does have to be managed. Nearest grocery store, Ma Terre, is a 10 minute walk, and so worth it - their produce, bread and eggs are amazing! If you drive, there is a parking lot. But of course, there are also the Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday markets in town as well for your fresh meat and produce needs.

This place is beautiful! The view is spectacular and the apartment modern and comfortable. It looks even better in person than on the listing. The hosts and their dog are very friendly and welcoming. The location is great for day trips into Aix or along the coast. Thank you very much for making our stay special!

Great place with no vis-a-vis, very cozy , a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a more than spacious living room, and a breathtaking garden, I spent a wonderful week in the company of my friends , nevertheless the maintenance of the pool was problematic because with the climate changes, we were not able to enjoy the pool as expected ( only 3 days out of 7 ), fortunately we no longer counted on the concierge Cathy who listened to us throughout our stay. Thanks to her and Thierry for making our trip amazing.

The house allows you to stay close to the estaque and Niolon and it is also 20 min from the old port . It's very comfortable, bright and the kitchen is very functional. The 2 entrances make it easy to get around without disturbing yourself, which is convenient with a dog. The kids really enjoyed the net space upstairs!

We had an amazing stay! The house is perfect: the rooms were impeccable, with very comfortable bedding. The kitchen is super well-equipped, it had absolutely everything we needed. Bathroom was clean and very functional. The hot tub was really a big plus for relaxing, and the pool table added a great atmosphere to the evening. No complaints, everything was top notch. Again, thank you for this great experience, I would 100% recommend it!

We are delighted with our short stay in this peaceful green setting. Alice was very responsive during our exchanges, she gave us clear instructions for getting to her listing, it was very smooth. The accommodation is of quality and very pleasant. Only small shadow on the board that I still want to mention because I was very surprised: learning 2 days before our arrival (by message) that the accommodation was not connected to drinking water. This was not clearly stated in the listing I had read a few days earlier. Alice has planned everything: a few bottles of mineral water and a drinking station. I was reassured and our stay went very well. We recommend this listing and will be happy to return.

Very pleasant accommodation, quiet and ideal for a peaceful stay. Laura was very responsive and even came to help with a small concern. The hot tub is very much appreciated! Small downside on the cleaning, with a lot of cobwebs, dirt on the floor and in the bathroom, too bad. Nevertheless, we overlooked this in view of the quality of the accommodation and the amount of equipment available to us. I recommend it!!

We had a wonderful stay in Shaun and Eric's apartment. It was spotless and free of clutter. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the appliances are top-notch. Although there are only two air conditioning units (one in the living room/kitchen area and the other in the hallway leading to the back bedrooms, the air conditioning is effective to cool all the rooms. It was quite hot while we were there and we occasionally used one of the three fans as a supplement to the AC, but never felt uncomfortable for a moment. Shaun and Eric were incredibly responsive when we had a problem with one of the showers. They had a plumber out immediately and within hours he had installed a new set of faucets and we were back in business. We've spent several weeks in Aix at two other apartments and like this location the best. It is close to the outdoor markets and to the Cours Mirabeau yet it is very quiet. We couldn't have been happier. This was our second stay here and will not be our last.

Naima’s flat was everything I’d hoped for and more. Spotlessly clean, quiet with good kitchen facilities. Enjoyed the local restaurants (the Rendez-vous à Saigon particularly!) and the wonderful local beaches. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

Clean, bright and equipped with all comforts. Very comfortable neighborhood, full of shops and well served. Communication with Tiphanie has always been clear and punctual.

We had a very nice week at Virginia's. The accommodation is perfect for 3 adults, as described, the building is well secured. Communication with Virginia is easy. I recommend it without a problem. Don't miss out on Jaime's pizza!

Very good stay on the top floor of Anne's house. The view is splendid and the apartment is spacious for a family of 4. We have known Les Lecques for a long time and were delighted to discover this part better, closer to walks in the woods and quieter. Thanks to Anne for her warm welcome, we felt at home and the kids already want to come back!

Blue Coast Discovery Stay. Sausset les pins and well located for going to Carro as much as Niolons, all leaving your car quiet and putting on a good pair.

We had a great time at this beautiful home, exactly as described. It is very well equipped, clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The location is great to get the most out of the area. A big thank you to the owner, extremely kind, available and responsive, who made our stay even more enjoyable with his warm welcome and good advice.
